Eagle Canyon is a good investment if you are (1) Seeking relatively cheap, decently-sized houses in a super secure estate (2) Are willing to invest in internal renovations because the estate is now mature.

Hello trsa just wanna know if you did ever consider viewing real estates in other provinces especially the Western Cape I think they can give Gauteng province a run for their money, that part of the country is naturally beautiful with top tier infrastructure😁
What I have noticed with house in the western they are overpriced.. Jhb is much cheaper I am talking in terms of the locals also.

The dating scene is South Africa is interesting, if a guy take u out he really like u and might even call u his girlfriend, also majority of South Africans date with a purpose, if a guy like u,he is already looking for a potential wife, don't be schoked if a guy already talk marriage on the first date. But yeah dating here is not that bad. But becareful there are some love scammers here also.

Just because they are showing real estate.......Rather match Texas houses with Western Cape Estates and Durban where ppl own Hectares of land and supper huge houses
