Well done South Africa 🇿🇦 👏. May God continue to bless the Republic of South Africa.
The future is so bright. Congratulations SA
@@youme1414Which part?
@@roblucci2366 lol
Thank you for showcasing the beauty of South Africa 🇿🇦
Proudly South African 🇿🇦
@@youme1414Majority of people living in this place are young black South African 🇿🇦 entrepreneurs
@@youme1414 why are you even freaking asking that🙄
No we live in caves and bushes 😏@@youme1414
@@youme1414 this city is for black people. Never ever undermine black South African
@@youme1414 media lied to you guys that South Africans owns zero land & they have nothing.
Amazing! we are actually witnessing the rise of the new Sandton
@@youme1414just like.....😂🤷🏻♀️
I hope we can revamp and re-structure “Johannesburg’s” inner-city into a new york type of city…
That's all we need and these new mini cities popping up. Joburg will surely be unique compared to the rest of the cities
Both Jozi and Pretoria needs that type of revamping , we need those huge glasses
That's also my wish.
That's also my wish
Let your Jorburg city be left the way it is for future history. Haven’t you seen tourists going to London or Rome just to admire the old buildings? All that Jorburg needs is to be kept clean everywhere with no street vendors
No matter what can people say , but SA is my number 1. In ❤ with this beautiful country
In gay ranking you are number 1.
Always a pleasure to drive around Sandton area.
The best thing about Sandton is that the surrounding areas like Rosebank are developing alongside and not just in terms of residential. Unlike what we see (or don't see) here in Cape Town.
SA is growing smoothly 👌 🎉
You are 100% correct David this place is going to be a big thing in a few years to come.
I cannot believe how much I know and love South Africa🇿🇦 so much more because of this channel. Thank you so much
Proudly South African 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Go SA , Forward we Go now we need the Township to be alos Developed
White investment equity for white ROI ...
Im disappointed with how none existence township development is. Honestly the RDP housing is a waste of money and its out dated i wish we where building sky scrapers and turning townships into mini cities
People have proposed development in the town ships but the corrupt leaders want their cut before any big developments proceed.
I knew Joburg was making new cities here and there but I didn't think they were getting this big. A new Sandton is approaching. Eventually Rosebank, Sandton and Midrand will be big enough to be considered one city😭
The MOST impressive thing is, just over a decade ago whilst in tertiary, this was empty land. Used to watch the cows roam around while driving through the N1.
If you had not mentioned South Africa, I would have thought it was in Australia
Richest Square Miles in Africa
1.Sandton, South Africa 🇿🇦
2.Upperhill, Kenya 🇰🇪
3.Umhlanga, South Africa 🇿🇦
4.Rosebank, South Africa 🇿🇦
5.Waterfall, South Africa 🇿🇦
6.Westlands, Kenya 🇰🇪
7. Menlyn, South Africa 🇿🇦
The Atlantic Seaboard and the Cape Winelands are also immensely wealthy but they are too big to be included in the list of the richest SQUARE MILES
Proudly South African 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Incorrect without Clifton Beach and Llandadno in Cape Town
Looks absolutely fantastic, only R 100 billion!
That puts a whole new perspective on the R 500 billion that magically disappeared in 2019 - 2020, for covid relief funds and helping the poor out of poverty!
Any answers on where this money has dissapeared to yet? It's all gone very quiet (swept under the carpet)
Asking for a friend 😂
@stephenbright9316, what R500 billion? Did you not read through the audit report that was released about the Covid-19 funds managemen. All three special reports are still available on the Auditor General's website 🤦♀️
I think this R500 billion money that was wasted for covid material is just a myth! For such huge amount of money to be stolen is just unrealistic.
I personally love southfrica and undeniable we envy you so much. And for sure am moving to SA as nurse legally of course. Europe has no future a zambian like me.SA is way better than Finland
This is beautiful & looks like any good Australian suburb with an excellence in good planning. Thanks for showcasing it
City within a city
The top 5 universities in Africa are in South Africa 🇿🇦
Top 5 most valuable companies in Africa are all in south africa 🇿🇦.
Now the Top 2 richest square miles in Africa are gonna be in South Africa aswell.
1. SANDTON.
2. WATERFALL
South Africa should just rule the whole of Africa
I disagree yes Sandton is position 1 but position 2 goes to upper hill Nairobi. I know may disagree but for someone who has travelled like myself will say the same
@@user-kv5kx5ss7r waterfall it's in the beginning stage, once completed what ever that upper hill is, will be child's play compared to water fall
I believe Sandton is called richest mile square because of number of dollar billionaires residing within the area, so the next one to follow should be Cape Town and Cairo in terms of statistics. Some parts of Nairobi are rich and progressive but i believe you are overrating it.
I have been here 🎉🎉it's lovely very beautiful
❤️ the video 📹 thanks.. 👏 👏..and I watched the adds
If JHB had no crime and a big subway system then I'd actually consider living there. Would be cool.
Where do you live currently?
Waterfall Ciry is amazing
Great video mate. Johannesburg is on the rise quietly 🔥
This is one of the most beautiful places in Gauteng
I love these buildings.
Now I'm thi thinking about buying in this area, when I have the money that is. Nice video shots bru.
South Africa land of milk and honey , my dream is to see Thembisa beeing transformed into a City with huge sky scrapers 😃… also where does this country get all this money😂😂
Not Tembisa 😂😂😂😂
@@sanelemwelaseyes Alexandra and Mamelodi also , we need all townships to be mini cities
Beautiful
It’s looking good…
My former hood. Love this place.
Here before the Nigerian 😂
@@youme1414 oh look what the cat dragged in 😂
@@youme1414what truth?
The Nigerian is delusional
@supreme9801 He's the most bitter Nigerian on the planet 😂
Waterfall had grown may be in future it may get its own airport or they upgrade Grand Central that is just around the corner in Midrand
Investors can decide were invest their funds
At the end of the day poor workers suffers to take double transportation
I the Government was able to reduce crime this was easily for the Investors to invest in the City of Johannesburg
Does my country hate electric billboards honestly im tired of this old school billboards that are so dull 😂 we need to move away or is it because if loadshedding ? But we have the sun we can use Solar
Eskom says no🤣I remember being frustrated that big games on PSL had those rolling billboards whereas normal games had those dull plastered billboards 🤣
@@Ultra_Magicc so we are being held hostage by eskom 😩 we can use Solar nje, imagine how lively Sandton , Rosebank plus Waterfall would be if they can go electronic , we need change… look how lively and futuristic countries like China look just by having those even though a place is dull and ugly but electronic billboards add something
Don't want to know what it is qt breakfast time in the UK
But where are the parks, bike lanes and pedestrian friendly zones? It seems outdated for a new developmental area. It seems like its still car focused.
😂 you want bikes to where this is not small Europe where you can use a bikes cause everything is close this place is big and riding to work is almost impossible for many..
@@ScissorN your argument is a bit redundant then because if we are to use the "Europe" argument these buildings shouldn't exist to begin with. Let alone vehicles, which for the most part ARE FROM Europe. Bikes and walkability provide better health and well-being. Nothing to do with a continent let alone a country. In this video almost everyone is in their vehicles and no one is using the sidewalks which is sad in of itself. Look up ways in which urban planning involving human beings works and the many benefits it has. You'll be surprised to see that we're doing it wrong!
@@plaxci i wont read your paragraph 😂
Hijacking a concern. Definitely not safe on a bike
If you go there you'll find there are parks, and also...this is still being developed
Hey David, can you please also check out and do video on the latest Barlow Park development
100 billion rand CITY🎉👏
Sandton is becoming a slum now the focus will be WaterFall, the same happened after Johannesburg CBD became a slum, Rosebank and Sandon became the best option, instead of dealing with the causes of slum cities in SA
Sandton is a slum 😂 ey niyakguluma shame
Unlike china and other dependant countries where Chinese people injoy and if it was Nigeria it would be nice because it will be enjoyed by nigerians. Its sad because black south africans can only applaud and it ends there.
You talk nonsense in Nigeria you eat dogs and defecate on open spaces you don't have proper ablution and how can you afford such . South Africa has more black dollar millionaires than Nigeria
You do not Make Sense, You Only exhibit Envious Tendencies. Just build Nigeria and take a Nap.
😂😂have you been to waterfall and see the number of black South Africans staying there? Yall are so pained
@@ScissorN jus ignore them, ppl are so funny hilarious out here 😂😂
@@Pacer362 they love the idea of a suffering black South African yoh
Nice video, however i noticed most of your videos are taken during winter and normal dry😢
It rains in the summer time here.
@@jodyterblanche308Exactly what i mean, it would look more appealing during summer.
Are saying apartment rent starts at 6400 rand per month?
That probably is a studio/ bachelor rental.
@@lady-jn3mf is the price he is citing in rand( 6400 rand per month)? Thanks
🌿🇨🇳🇿🇦🇵🇭🇷🇺🙏👌
This is full of faceless statements
The area is beautiful but we are facing uncertain future in South Africa we have a political parties government coalition somewhere before 5 year's we myt end up been a war torn country civil war coused by political parties
I thought it's Nigeria 😂😂😂😂
Wait, how much poverty is there in SA??
Ask the western propaganda will give u de right answer
How do they let these ugly buildings be built in South Africa... they should follow what the USA and Canada do with beautiful and industrial architecture... these buildings are horrible and aggressive in my eyes
Ha ha ha, witchcraft 😂😂😂😂😂
south africa has its own style of architecture, which is inspired by our culture , weather and lifestyle.
we dnt want to be like america , we are south africans
Hahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you guys are killing me with laughter
@@nthumeniarchit3..In fact, the style of these buildings has nothing to do with South Africa as it has its origins in Brazilian modernism, which was also inspired by the former USSR.. to summarize, this architecture was inspired by Soviet Marxist communism.
We dont want to be like the US or Canada with their sky scrapers we want to connect and be closer to the ground and nature
I'm probably in the minority, but I wanna see a few skyscrapers 🥹
I'm sure it's a part of the plan 👏🏾
Dubai state of mind, yes!!
Why skyscrapers? Is that what convinces you a place is rich?
The are going to be two more skyscrapers to be built in front of the Mall of Africa besides the PwC tower.... not sure when the construction is going to start
Thats not SAs type of style honestly we are more like Australia and NZ , sky scrapers are for countries without enough land
