Desire is the most critical element in any human endeavor. Mark Pope is the most qualified candidate regardless of his position on "the list". I love it. History made rather than history repeating itself( if we got lucky ).

Stop reporting Billy Donavan his people said UK never tried to get him , Mitch wanted Drew or Pope and he got Pope
Donovan would have been an option if Kentucky could have hired him immediately, but I don’t think they wanted to wait until after the Bulls’ season was over and miss out on some guys in the transfer portal.
Drew wouldn’t fit in ky, he’d miss his HGTV shows and magnolia compound, anyway pope asked for the job I heard, and I’m glad coach call is gone, maybe we can have a real team now. Welcome back coach, we sure need ya, and thank you BYU for letting him go
Fran should learn how to pronounce his own name: Frah-SKI-lah, not Fra-SHILL-uh. In Italian, the combination "SCH" is pronounced like "SK," as in the English word "school." Cappisce?

Only Drew and Hurley was offered the job. Nobody else was offered the job.
