Hey man, great help. Thanks for the video. Ever experience the bottom rod retracting but not releasing? Had that issue today, tried lube. Got it to engage with the key but once retracted, wouldn't come back down and for some reason it stopped the top latch from engaging. Appreciate any help you can throw my way.

What if the bottom isn’t catching? What should I replace?
Closer needs adjusting or replacing… probably why the actuator broke to begin with
