Hello there! I was caught in a craziest rainstorm when I went solo camping. It is like a typhoon. Strong wind, heavy rain and violent thunderstorm.
Sorry for bad recording. It was horrible. Difficult to record it well. I was so scared the fact that the thunder could strike because I had my camera on.

I've thought like that before. but considering the hut was directly hit by storm and also there is a possibility landslides so I decided to set up the tent between the trees.

It's really scary esp. in the middle of the forest and a lot of trees. Because in our country Philippines yearly how many typhoon coming and the most scariest are Yolanda and Odette take the roof of our house and cut all the trees

I think it's much safer if you put your tent inside sa nipa hut at least you have defense against the storm rather than you put it outside its much dangerous coz u never know the trees might fall on your tent..
It’s flooding on the ground. He could’ve just as well set up the tent inside the abandoned hut.
I've checked the hut. It's broken and the hut location is dangerous. It can be landslide on that spot.

Many of you told me to set the tent inside the hut. So, I need to explain that the hut is made from bamboo & it's already broken. It's also next to the ravine. The wind blew straight to the hut. And, it's also potentially land slide in this typical spot.

When that crazy-azz storm got going, it was relentless, and frankly it got a little scrary. I was a bit worried about your safety in that flimsly hut, but no incidents and everything ended very well. I can enjoy a really good storm every now and then, but the storm you endured came straight from hell. Exciting and enjoyable video, thank you. 😁

I've considered about it. All of trees were in good condition. No old or weathered tree which could fall down.
To go back home was also a bad choice, because the wood below many old trees & kind of trees that could fall down easily

You went camping in a typhoon? You must have known it was coming, that's foolhardy. What if the trees had come down? And hurricane force winds can easily rip tents to shreds. Safer to stay home and get in the bath tub!

Actually, the campsite is on the hill. So, the way to this area is through a wood below. And it was a heavy rain as usual there before I realized it was a crazy storm above.
