- RAGE (1995) starring Gary Daniels.
Car chase #2:
Gary Daniels, now enraged, commandeers a tanker truck. What follows is mayhem and chaos on the highway as Daniels crashes his way through a (long) police roadblock, tips an enemy semi-truck over, makes two police cars spectularly flip over, and then, when the man responsible for Daniels' rage -- his name is Kelly :-) -- commandeers a school bus (without any kids in there), Daniels gets out of the truck, letting it crash head-on with the school bus, throwing Daniels over the wreckage as the tanker explodes.
Haha gotta love 90s action movies, everything has to blow up when damaged and everything is bulletproof.
i realize I am kinda randomly asking but do anyone know a good place to stream new series online?
@Justice Arjun i use flixzone. Just google for it :)

2:30 Great ... The one time a Pinto gets rear ended and it did not even have a big Hollywood explosion SFX to at least try to make that kind of a impact realistic.
How this was overlooked at the Oscars, I will never know!
The ultimate road rage movie has to be Duel made in 1971, complete with unknown psycho driving tanker rig.
As it is this film is pretty intense.
Yep I remember it well, was it Denis hopper. Great atmospheric movie but rather disappointing ending.
Yes that was way more realistic
@@MrSlaphead1960 Dennis Weaver.
@@sd31263 sorry, you,re right
There was never any driver to the DUEL truck. The idea was that it was just an evil machine. Probably where Stephen King got the idea for his early short story, "Trucks."
I think it's hilarious how he is in a car in most of the close up scenes of him "driving the truck" 😂
é&hyyyhttyyh+û5nhnjnhuvftjoujgdgpwii
And at one point the truck was reparied :-P
Watching movies like this where the cars in the background keep reappearing is like playing a video game where there are only 10 or 12 different models of cars in the traffic.
'RAGE' Best movie ever made.
lol
All those firearms and yet the windscreen stays intact
The cop that made the ultimate sacrifice.
The Highway Patrol GMC Blazer just happened to have a ramp to fly over that trailer, or did it sprout invisible wings?
All the above
Keep in mind that this is a straight to VHS movie. Daniels was a big star in the late VHS b-action era and, if you look at it that way, this scene is very brutal. It's full of first-class stunt work, excellently photographed, well above the B-cinema average! Who cares how many gears the protagonist shifts, or how cars explode on impact. This is pure action, no CGI, only stunts. For the money it's made of, it's first class material. You can analyze why this, why that, but if someone compares it to, say, a FF7-8-9 film and its budget, it must be said that it is better than those in every way! Of course, there are genre peculiarities here too, like when the camera is reflected on the chrome, or when the police SUV flies over the exploding trailer, it hits the camera, after the cut you can see from the side that it was indeed the camera, I guess the material damage it was significant :D
I want a truck like that, it regrows its headlights, heals huge shotgun holes in the fiberglass, an apparently bulletproof radiator, and more, where can i get one?
In Hollywood
Those trucks, and other vehicles back in the day. Used to be built like both tanks, and trains! They built better than now days Vehicles!
I can't imagine why I've never heard of this film.
It’s a low budget film, not many people know about it.
That tanker truck looks like a life sized toy

Good stunts. Enjoyable. As for realising, well .......😮
It was like Vin Diesel driving that tanker semi.

That would make him a Diesel Diesel . . .

Rage never gets old!
You can clearly see that when the cop is driving the bus, when he's clutching the bus, it shows that's he's in a truck, not the bus
I used to be bloody obsessed with this soundtrack. I'm glad I found this again!
I like that 1976 police GMC Jimmy. Not too many of those generation GMC & Chevy fullsize trucks on the roads anymore like there use to be back in the day.

This is why GTA is so awesome 😂🤣
This movie clearly was genuinely made on the success of Speed!!!!!
Have you seen Cyber tracker? That movie was made as a successor to Robocop.
They were still using the 9C-1 Caprice from the 80s when the newer Caprice was out for like 3 years!!!!😢
Bus driver switches lane at the end and truck driver goes straight crashing while being on top of the truck. And many more strategies to defuse that stuff
This is a really cool chase scene. But I've noticed some mistakes in it. The vehicle that Alex (Gary Daniels) drove was an International Harvester Transtart 400 series, but they did interior shots they used the inside of different trucks. 1 was a Peterbilt 359 and the other was a GMC Topkick. Still were daycabs. The other vehicles like the Black Beauty same truck but the exterior shots through the windshield the steering wheel was white, but in the interior shots it was black. And as for the GMC Jimmy highway patrol 629 the vehicle itself was a 70s or 80s model, and the inside shots were in a newer model. I'm not complaining about it. I think the people who made the movie did their best to keep it like they were the same vehicles. Still and awesome chase scene that works. If I have a favorite vehicle in this chase, it would be the red harveter. What do you guys think, and what would be your favorite vehicle in this chase.
You mean the long nose Emeryville
It was an early attempt at a fiberglas hood if memory serves. The cab is the same one used in the cabover Emeryville.

An International tractor with a Peterbilt steering wheel. Didn't know that was an option.
if you're trucker you do whatever you want ..... your rig your rules. saw many of the customs like this e.g Kenworth K100 with Pete's steering wheel and Wheels plus headlights taken from some Pete as well ... lol

How many black and white cop cars have been written off over the years in chase scenes like these. Must be in the thousands.
haha i think this is the best chase ever PM entertainment has ever done hahahaha
Never seen this movie but would love to check it out sometime
I can't believe that Pinto didn't explode at 2:30!!
That *is* a bit strange...
or removed the gas
tank completely lol
I can't believe they put bullet holes and wrecked a classic International like that one either . ( not to mention the school bus and the other International they wrecked ) .
@@hottew_twat3963 Either either they remove the gas tank completely or there was no gas in it at all
@@christopherjackson2629 Must have, I didn't think of that
At the minute 3:31 drive the car, not truck 😂😂😂😂
Somewhere, there's a bunch of kids who couldn't go to their school that day because their bus was commandeered and totalled. :-)
8:03 That's why you wear a seatbelt.
Lol. Everyone crashes and then gets up an walks away!
How did that Pinto not explode after being rear-ended that hard?
Probably didn't have gas in it. Even then, they didn't ALWAYS explode when you hit them.
Maybe it exploded offscreen
@3:30 Hahah, damn truck morphs into a car.
Maybe that interior was a GMC Topkick, which has car doors even though it's a truck because if you look closely there is a truck mirror.
@@jaythesummerbird yeah, seen the mirrors but the A pillar is much more angled than the trucks A pillar, that is what gave it away
What the hell is with this Tanker Yanker? He's running wide open and he's still jammin' the clutch to the floor and shifting gears... Oh brother.
Those 2 patrol cars half way blocking the road blew up right BEFORE the truck hit them. Well, SFX timing was a bit off on that scene!
and at 5:13 you can see the cables used to pull them aside
He needs to learn how to double clutch!😆
Я одного не понял, почему он выжемает сцепление перед столкновение?

"Kelly! Kelly! 'radio static' 'spams receiver button before flinging it down' FUCK!!"

3:31 to 3:50 he is clearly in a different vehicle when it cuts to the inside shot. Its a car and not the truck.
How did I miss that?! XD Thanks for pointing this out.
PM Stunt Fan ckxks
PM Stunt Fan Because they do not make those films translated into Spanish and that they come out complete there are more movies of truckers in online but better translated into Spanish and complete films
3:50 is the inside of the truck not a car btw
Those interior shots seem to be from a Chevrolet Kodiak/GMC Topkick, also the Blazer interior shots arent from a the same vehicle either XD
The first ever video I saw from your 1st channel. I first saw the thumbnail of it some time ago, but I didn’t think much of it and stuck to other truck chases. Overall, good chase.
Thank you , i am mehraban from iran .
The Pinto at 2:32 that doesn't blow up in a fiery blast after being rear ended! BLASTPHEMY!
Seriously, what was that fat cops intentions on stopping that tanker with the schoolbus anyways? Was he going to head on collision with the tanker regardless?
Overall, the whole thing was very unrealistic. Cops did not shoot the truck's windshield. Why?
Also interesting that he can just jump in and drive a semi-truck....must have already known how to use a 15-speed, spllit-shift gearbox, etc...
At 3:00, Ford Pinto burst into flames by a suspect who is stolen a Studebaker big rig as well as a tanker. Studebaker big truck is a single axle truck.
the scene in 7:37 remembers me to black dog XD
It's just "Duel" with a different twist. in fact, it was a cross between "mad max" and "duel"
The truck is orange.. then it magically turns white when they’re talking
Погоня круто смотрится!!!
I swear every interior shot has been three different truck cab . On most definitely looked more kw than ih loadstar. I don't think they had any tri spoke steering wheel round those years, only time I ever see a ih with a trip spoke was in a old flat bed in a ranchers feild that I works for and I think it was mid to late fourtys... Still sits there to this day far as I know... I'd like to restore it my self

That would be nice.
"Hologram Man" and both "C.I.A." movies are on Blu-Ray, as far as I know. Let's hope there'll be more.
And that Tru k just keeps magically repairing itself...
А в американских траках сцепление на ходу зачем давил
Amazing, shots of 12 gauge can't stop the truck?
The truck is a international but they keep showing a Peterbilt steering wheel and floor mats in the cab and Peterbilt clutch pedal.
czcams.com/video/m06RAM8Qcx02/video.html
pretty soft landing and the end after flying through an explosion and hitting the ground at 70 mph 😂
Umm....what? The guy's plan was to just smash himself head-on into the speeding semi-truck? In a bus where he's riding right in the very front, with no engine or frame to protect him? (love the exploding diesel fuel, BTW....brilliant....). I won't even go into the guy getting thrown from the top of the truck at highway speeds, flying 40-50 ft, and landing with a tuck and and roll...now that's talent!

The most epic scene when polices chase a truck
6:20 i didnt know Steve-O used to be a trucker
3:55 - The front of the truck is broken, on 4:50 - the front part of the truck is already intact, and then it is broken again and so between shots.
movie shooting on various dates. But still good chase scenes.
Worthy of HB Halicki.
2:01 I dont recall seeing any Buick LeSabre police cars growing up....
What's also funny was the red truck was a International and the cab shot they showed a Peterbilt steering wheel
Only car guys like us do recognize few automotive details that the general audience doesn't and yes i did notice that too like a police Buick meaning not enough Caprices or Crown Vics to fill up the needs for the amount of cop cars needed and also noticed the truck cab as well.
I would love to have one of the Caprice Interceptors! Great cars!
Alot of this footage was also used in an episode of L.A. Heat. Funny how half of the closeups of the red International turns into a white Peterbilt cab.
You got nothing to lose go for it 😢

This guy rear-ended a Ford Pinto at full speed in a tanker truck and it didn't explode? That's unrealistic.
Poor Chevy blazer
The police vehicle that flipped over the exploding semi? That was a GMC Jimmy.
the truck that flipped and exploded was in ih transtar 4000

@@PMStuntFan I thought first that it was a Ford Bronco
they need to stop using easily identifiable incidental vehicles like the black Saturn that keeps reappearing as well as the mid 70s AMC Matador coupe. The last crash reminds me of that Pink Panther cartoon where he steps out of the falling house just as it hits the ground; complete loss of momentum!
