- Sorry but today we have a really long video. Looks like a free video lesson :)
I hope you forgive me for taking half an hour. So, today I can call our exercise "sketch without the sky." I want to say that you don’t always have to include the sky in your sketches and they will still look finished. Why? I'll tell you now.
European Street. 15 x 11 inches @DANIELSMITHArtistColor on Arches Rough 300 gsm.
The painting made during this video is available for purchase. Contact me through my website for further details: michaelsolovyev.net

Great capture fantastic but we really do not need D.Smith to do fantastic watercolour. Just talent and technique. Yes good equipment is great but the former is harder to come by.

Cheers from Montreal!
I loved the lesson. Thank you.
Thank you, Abhijit!!
Muy lindo 😍
I like how you create the translucent effect on the umbrellas and the reflective shine on the corner of the roof. The fact that you only use a couple of brushes as well as mix colors on the go is liberating. Thanks!
Thank you!
You have a very sensitive brush .. with a few touches, it gives impressive results. Thank you so much
Thank you for your compliments!
Beautiful autum light Michael!!

Hi colleague, thanks so much for your support! Greetings from Montreal
Très belle aquarelle ! ♥️
Merci beaucoup!
But on Québec, you came hère, what color would you use ?
this looks effortless. Is this as easy as it looks? Brilliant result.
Thank you Henry!! It is easy if... you will thinking about just one object on your painting - light. Only light :) It's easy to paint just one object, right? )))
I loved watching you paint! I'm new on your subscribe list. You showed a lightweight travel brush that I can not find in your on line store. I'm interested in that!
Thank you Sherry! That was a prototype, it should be available шт the and of month. Thank you for asking!!
Excellent teaching! I'm very much grateful to your beautiful style of teaching. Now, I'm v much interested to have some cover brushes you use. May I get an idea about the prices?
Thanks a lot, Prabir! You can find prices on my website here: www.watercoloronline.com/art-supplies
Grazie mille!
Can you please tell me what brush you are using? Also, what is the Daniel Smith paint color you mentioned with 3 pigments? Thank you, I am a new subscriber😊
Sure! Thank you for asking. These my brushes :www.watercoloronline.com/watercolorbrushes
About DS color I mean Moonglow. That paint mixed from three pigments... I just love it!!
Grazie mille! Deeply flattered by that comparison.
@@watercoloronlinemsolovyev non è gratuito, è meritato
What is tge big brush you are using? Thank you
Thank you! It was a goat handmade watercolor brush. My favourite. You can find it here:

Where can we get the brush you used for fine lines
Hi Manika, This is a rat liner brush, you can find it on my website www.watercoloronline.com/product-page/rat-liner-brush or on Amazon.com
Michael, super!!!! dove si acquista quel pennellino nero cinese, mi spiace non parlo inglese
Ciao!

Did you say at the beginning it was Moonglow and Quin Deep Gold? Or Quin Sienna?
Main mix Moonglow and Quin Sienna. I use Quin Deep Gold just a little bit. Mostly included in the Moonglow and Quin Sienna mix. Thank you!
Try CZcams translation. The way to do it is the following:
1. Click on "CC" button in the bottom right corner of the video. Make sure the red line appears under it.
2. Now, click on the Settings button (the cog-shaped button to the right of the "CC" button)
3. Click on "Subtitles/CC" button in the list that will open.
5. Click on "Auto-translate" and choose "Italian" from the list of options.
Thanks for support! Glad you liked it :)
@@watercoloronlinemsolovyev grazie dell'informazione! Grazie!

why don't you put the referance photo?
Yes, sometimes I do. But I'm not sure it's needed... What for?
