      @@mickable3071 Not hating. Just trying to bring awareness to a very real issue. It's always so hard to decipher tone over comments. That's why I put with peace and love and the (: lol but maybe it had the opposite effect.
      I'm just saying it can be very detrimental to the subs, especially those unknowingly dealing with mental illness, to just say it's laziness and not even touch on the fact that a mental illness is a very real possibility.. I just think with over 1 million subs, there should be some level of responsibility held to address certain things.

      @@mickable3071 They aren't hating. People deal with depression every single day, and you know what's crazy? We don't even trust therapists. We can't get help. We are stuck in our own mind. And what does society do? They make it an aesthetic. It isn't the creators fault, we are built to think a certain way.       It's ramadan and I didn't sleep properly since it started . And the two last days I only had 3hours of sleep and I am on my midterm exam period, it's very hard to keep up but reading your comment made me realize that I prefer "suffer" now than later 🤍 thank you. Have a good day/night

    The thing I'm working on is Consistency.
    I've no problem finding inspiration but my motivation can be so short-lived & I know it's hindering my potential for growth and success. Your 'Build Trust with Self' point really resonated with me; I'd never allow another person so many opportunities to disappoint me, I shouldn't allow myself to either.

    I'm working on fixing my daily routine. I adjusted my sleeping schedule and made at least one meal a day for myself. Now I'm adding in being active every day.
    I've tied in walking my dogs as a sort of warm-up before exercising, so I have a reason to do it other than for myself. I won't start until they get a walk and they deserve to explore and visit the park. Once I've already done that step, it's only natural to finish it out by doing my own exercise. I also like putting on a video like this to motivate me through it when I need an extra boost.

    Now I feel I can finally do this. I realized I've tried to do too much at the same time and I exhausted myself. So for now on I can take care of myself better and enjoy the process!

    I've recently discovered this channel and I hope that I've discovered it earlier. It's like an inspiration source. Aileen's voice is so relaxing too and makes me feel like everything is alright and no matter what happened I still have the chance to make changes in my life even if they are small they are better than nothing. BTW the habits that I would like to get back on track are practice yoga, waking up early and reading. Hope you all guys get back on track too

    I just completed my Masters degree at a medical school and I had high hopes that I would get accepted into the medical school . I missed the gpa needed by 1 point and I thought I would get in but got rejected. Im struggling to get back up and reapply to other schools without feeling like a failure but this video really made me realize how far I've come and for the first time in a while I'm happy again.     Thank you once again, Aileen. You are amazing. Your clear and positive videos are just right for me. I always have a ton of goals but learning to narrow down the list to what is really important to me in the long run. I love the 9 tips to get back on track. I like everyone else, I am sure, sets more than one goal and works on them simultaneously. The fear is for me is the lack of trust that I will accomplish one goal and move on the next, so I had better do them all at once to be sure I get them going and done. Especially for people in my age group where time no longer feels vast.. So, thank you for reminding me that multi-tasking personal goals is not a successful strategy. I love your outline of the two mindsets. I am definitely the one to look ahead and how far I have to go and its definitely a defeating way to look at success. Thank you for your insights.

    Ahh thankyou for this when i started my fitness journey 6 months ago i was so motivated then april came i started to feel ok that i was eating unhelathy foods then i was sad and fell then gained 1kg in a month i fell at the track of my life to the point i started to always say oh i can do it tommorow but then when i started watching lavandeire she helped me so much now im starting to do every thing and im starting to get back on tract thankyou for this

    I really like that you speak to the viewer with a clear"you". It's motivating because listening to you telling me how to think about this situation or how to take the next step makes me feel so calm and soothed. Like my mind remembers what you say and it's a motivational feeling that stays with me after the video is done....so hard to explain this, hahah, but I hope it kinda makes sense. Thank you

    This is the best video for HOW TO GET BACK TO TRACK ☺️ it is so relatable. This video has so many little points that we never notice while focusing on a particular goal.     While watching the video, I can feel that I will achieve my little goals because of how much I relate to these tips. I was beating myself up and setting high standards for myself when in fact, being slow and setting small goals - it's an easy path to take. I will come back here and I'll tell how your tips helped me through this journey.     My one goal right now in life is to find my inner passion for life again. I'm so used to going after finding work or planning to move that I never really enjoy where I'm at right now. Sure, things are far from perfect, but that doesn't mean I should be sour about my efforts in life. One of the tips that represents with me in this video was to review my why because I sometimes get tunnel vision and forget why I'm doing this activity or going after this job.
