I only discovered Dimash 2 days ago. I've watched his S.O.S performance on The Singer about 20 times now (or more) and I still get chills and emotional at parts. It's kind of life changing performance. That's why I can't get enough of watching other people experience it for the first time. So no, you're definitely not the only who feels that after seeing it. :)

Every time he sings it is a master class on vocal mastery and how to command the stage! He is a musical virtuoso and vocal maestro. He sings in 10 languages and plays seven instruments. You are correct, you don’t have to understand the language he’s singing to hear the story he’s telling. Dimash's voice is probably what people notice first about him but after a bit, it mixes with his command of the stage and how he moves through his space. And those hands: he seems to be creating music with them! He paints notes, turns them over and shows us their secrets. He is as much a joy to watch as to listen to.

A lovely take on music. It is definitely more than notes being sung. Dimash really is a Master at expressing emotions vocally, physically and facially. It all wraps up to make the experience of his songs epic. You might like to see his new wave 2019 performances Ogni Pietra/ Olimpico has an amazing feel. As do the others he sang there. The stages and productions definitely do his performances justice. He also debuted a new song Passione there. All of the songs he sings there Maestro Igor Krutoy plays the piano for. Ogni Pietra and Passione were written for Dimash’s voice. You mirrored my emotions when I watch Dimash sing this , his singing talent is so amazing and beautiful that I have tears in my eyes watching him sing .
You found Dimash. 👍 Dimash is a amazing young singer who is on a other level. Even legendary singers like Mariah Carey, Freddie Mercury and Whitney Houston are not coming close to the talent this guy has. And if you did watch SOS you still have seen nothing. Wait till you hear him sing really low, high, long or with power because SOS was only the begin of his fame. He is now almost 3 years older and became every year a better singer.
His songs have emotion, his stage presence is great and he is a story teller. He can sing in 12 languages, dance and is a song writer. He sings in more then one genre. (pop, opera, popera, rock, rap, folk and world are some.) He plays at least 8 instruments. He was first on stage when he was 2 years old. He started training when he was 5 and now he is 25 years old. He trains 3 ours each day and does sports for his lungs. He is always humble and nice to everybody. He cares for others and gives them always credits even when he did the most work. He won't sing vs kids and even give up a million in a Amercian tvshow because they lied to him that he won't be in a round vs a kid. His parents are famous singers. And his sister also has talent. And a fun fact is that he is for a singer not 2 bad with a football.

With this first song, he made a big splash and immediately became very popular, taking first place in the number of fans around the world. He is from Kazakhstan, one of the former republics of the former USSR. Russians Russian fluently and sings a lot in Russian, as well as performing songs in other languages of the world. He recently turned 25 years old, his height is 192 cm. He has a very serious musical education, both his parents are professional singers. He also has a younger sister and brother. Now in the world there are a lot of singers and singers with great voices. But Dimash has a unique voice in 6 octaves, and with a phenomenal technique. With his voice he takes the whole row of the piano and another note. Even the legendary Peruvian singer of the last century, Ima Sumac, had a voice of only 5 octaves. Good suggestions, except NOT the terrible Arnau fancam of Ogni Pietra again! That amateur video (that has somehow become so popular) only shows his face, and from one low angle near the stage. The fancam audio is simply terrible, in addition to missing most of the visual presentation.. There are some professional recordings of this same Arnau concert performance. The professional recordings of Ogni Pietra at the 2019 New Wave event are excellent. For the June Arnau concert, the best recording of Ogni Pietra is the one from composer Igor Krutoy's CZcams channel at:
