Both house maganda sya.. mas gusto ko yung house no. 1. Kasi gusto ko yung design ng kitchen and tile flooring.. nagustohan ko naman sa house no 2 yung mga bathroom nya ang ganda lalo na SA master bathroom and separate walk-in closet.. di ko lang nagustohan sa house no 2 yung floor tile and color ng wall

House number 1 is already a great property! Not too big and the MB, I like the idea that it's manly designed. No 2 sinks which turns me off coz I am not married so better yet sa akin lang ang MB. 😜 Ms. Eva, I am planning to go home there in the Philippines this Ber season. I am working in the UK as a nurse. Sana available pa 'tong house #1 when I get there. 😘
PS: Both are good looking properties but the House #2 is a bit overly designed.

i just wished contractors will just use plain tiles kung hindi gumamit ng granite. ung mga me design na tiles looks tacky parang halo halo kung ano lng maisip, wla tuloy maayos na theme ung bahay. sayang ok pnman ung space. nakakahinayang to spend such amount of money tapos very tacky ung itsura ng mga tiles.

Mas bet ko yung house no.1. Ewan ko pero parang natatakot ako tumira dun sa house no.2 parang may pagka old fashioned yung kulay ng house di ko type yung mga tiles na ginamit mas prefer ko yung plain tiles lng.ito ay opinyon ko lng,di nman ako bibili 😅😅😅but over all Ganda ng house

Medyo dark theme ng 2 bahay. Andaming browns and ang mga tiles madami designs. Hindi bagay sa modern design. Hindi masyado maaliwas but the layout is good naman. Good thing din ay naka enclose na yung service areas unlike other houses na ikaw pa ang magpapagawa.

I hate to say this but the tile colors and designs are poorly chosen. They are too busy and can give you a headache! They could have picked up more neutral colors. Just an observation.
