Super house friendly ng house. The room on the first floor is really convenient for seniors.
The 3 car garage is also a must in the area as most of the residents have more than 2 vehicles. Matalino and thinking out of the box ang architect kasi iniisip din ang mga kapitbahay na hindi maiistorbo kung sakaling madami car ng buyer.
The center island sa kitchen is so perfect for cooking.
The lighting is just perfect.
Garden is no problem. Anyone can just put pots and not everyone have tome to maintain a garden. Each buyer is not the same. I am a plant lover but, I'd rathe rput pots so I can put them anywhere i want. Hindi lang stationary.
I love the balcony in some of the rooms, air comes in naturally.
Materials are top brands. Those who said otherwise need to be more aware of what is quality. Hindi porket mahal, maganda na. Minsan sa quality ka titingin.

The architect designed it very well while utilizing all the land space. Imagine 177SqM with 3 car parking , covered with and wide frontage !
The shared TB at the2nd floor is good/better than the Jack and Jill (same door type). Only question would be the Real Flood situation for this actual location.

Eva, I really liked the automatic garage . Very rare in Pinas. We have two as one of our garage is on the right side, then storage, then left side garage. The bathroom cabinets (we call it here in USA medicine cabinet) over the sink is what I tried to put in our newly built home. But the contractor put an ugly, ugly one so I just had it taken out. Even the vanity where the sink sits on was so ugly, I told him he is "cruel" putting it so I had it taken out also. Great presentation as usual Eva. Have a great one at ingat sa bagyo. Wow as usual great presentation.. sa price sulit na sulit ang bahay lalo na location.. siguro sakin tatangalin ko room sa baba to expand yung kitchen and the powder room.. for me importante maganda poweder room kasi ginagamit ng bisita.. medyo na awkward ako sa faucet nya naka kabit sa wall. Siguro redesign korin walk-in closet.. Kahit ganun sulit na sulit price sa bahay. Fave part ko garage living room and yung dress ni ms eva lumalabas beauty nya..😊😊😊😊

Ang ganda i love it especially each bedroom have their own balcony that is what i like so much. no ako siguro i sacrifice ko ang isang carport for 177 sq.mt oa na yung 3carport in the first place kung mayaman ka and u have three car at may perang pambili bat ka naman bibili ng small cut na house and lot na alm mong may macocompromise na space, im sure ang bibilhin nilang bahay ay yung mga larger cut na lupa lets say 250 or 300 sq. mts

Comparing to the other houses in Paranaque and the materials used in this house. I think it’s not really worth the buck aside from the location near the metro.
Things I want to improve in this house:
It was called a modern minimalist but andaming kulay ng tiles
The ceramic tiles used are at the lowest cost. I know those designs and china brands yan
1st floor was kind of crammed. Tatanggalin ko yung 1st bedroom and change ko sa dining area or airwell/pocket garden and yung powder room lang yung sa baba walang shower
Yung faucet was embedded sa wall so mahirap i maintenance yan pag nagka leak and bakit ganun yung choice nila for a show kitchen
No provision for split-type aircon
Instead of many balconies why not place an en-suite toilet and bath
Family area sa second floor seems unnecessary
Pozzi brand is okay but cheap
Where’s the laundry area? Where do we dry the clothes?

Why are the faucets installed into the walls? That would prove to be an expensive fix if and when the faucets need to be repaired or replaced. And why are there two levels on the bathroom floor? That makes the floor accident prone and the bathroom not disabled friendly. House developers like these still have a lot to learn in terms of functionality and taste.

Pedestrian entry pa lang, oro, plata, mata na! Dapat talaga may garage doors at mainit sa mata ng kawatan ang nakaparadang kotse sa driveway. Sold na pala! Waste of time watching. IKEA style ang mga kitchen cabinets euro style. Di uso ang sidewalk sa Pinas! Walk at your own risk on the streets.
Aanhin mo ang bahay kung puro pader, sa paligid ng bahay, walang garden at backyard?!.. Wala kang fresh air ma lalanghap... Wala kang garden malakaran or saan puede mag laro mga anak mo at apo..
No worries mam madami pa po ako houses na mas malaki ang lot area, may garden o backyard here are they po.
