This home is LOVE Eva! Open floor plan is my preference. The room with garden outside the window is sooooo COOL! I am designing another 120 sq m house to be built where my other house just got done. I like the layout of the house, am not really fond of two stories but this house is okay. I was expecting at least for the masters bedroom, the bathroom would’ve had a bathtub. My favorite part of the house is the first floor, where the living room, dining room and the kitchen are open. For me, its great for entertaining your family and friends. You can see them or talk to them while your cooking. I’m also impressed with the sliding pocket doors. You can have it open and have the feel of indoor and outdoor at the same time. Also, the house looks Western style. Just my opinion.
Nice home but it's too expensive😊 in this times of pandemic only rich can afford that house maybe if you won the lottery you could afford this house. It's pretty and classy home though.

There are 2 things I noticed; first, maybe the builder want to economize on the cooktop..Am used to.4 burners with a simmer burner. Second, there's no ref nor a space provision for it. The ref will have to be placed along one of the walls, thus consuming floor space.
