BCS 715 Tiller

Short video showing a BCS 715 rotary tiller. I did have this running and working just before this video. The throttle cable and lever need to be redone. It shifts kind of hard and can breeze past the spot you want to shift to and go to the next. After this video I went to start it again but now the engine turns over stiff. Had full clean oil. I’ll make another video if I get it running.
