Heater fan not working

How I diagnosed why my heater fan wasn’t working. First check fuse. Check power to fuse. Check fan resistor to see that power gets to it and that the switch works with the resistor. Then check the fan wiring to see that power gets that far. Then if all that’s good remove the fan. On this vehicle removing the fan is involved whereas other vehicles it might be more accessible.
