I mean, most manga authors/artist start off doing, uh, off brand manga so it shouldn't be that farfetched to believe. Shoot the creator of Helsing did one where, ironically enough given the topic of the video, Hitler impregnates a cat girl. Yup, the Schrodinger in Helsing is Hitler's son.

After the tangent about Ace Attorney and the Oney-plays reference I thought there were no more surprises in store. I was wrong.
Learning about After School Charisma was really interesting and made me appreciate it more. Learning that it turns into a thriller (???) later on doesn't hurt either.
What I gathered from this video, though, is that I have read the yaoi manga created by the Ace Attorney character designer when I was a teenager. What a discovery.

holy crap, i remember this manga. i stumbled across it as a teen and for years thought i had just made it up or something because I couldn't find it anywhere. When I finally re-discovered it a few years back I was blown away by how weird yet compelling it was. and you're gonna watch "legend of the stardust brothers" next?! ok lets gooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like how the little sheep trinket was called the almighty dolly bc the first cloned animal (if I recall correctly) was a sheep named dolly.
Knowing that a yaoified ikemene clone version of a genocidal fascist made it made me physically reel like I just inhaled the vapors of several deadly chemicals and am now slowly corroding on the inside

this Clone High / Phoenix Wright crossover manga is INSANE
Given how Hitler is like, the poster-boy for objective evil to the point of almost being a meme, I feel like the manga character's role could've been better filled by anyone else. There are tons of horrific historical figures on par with Hitler whose names wouldn't immediately press the 'so absurdly evil it's funny' button in our brains. Unless the mangaka is going for an absurdity-played-straight style, then twink Hitler is perfect ig.

im going to be real with you all going into this video i thought it was gonna be about the sharehouse nile manga. if you haven't heard about it it's like if hetalia and clone high had an unholy baby. it's a romcom about a house that a bunch of reincarnated historical figures all share and the plot focuses on the budding hate-love romance between (and im not joking) marie antoinette and che guevara, with the main conflict being that marie hates revolutions and che uh. loves them. so yeah. idk.
I sealed any and all memories of the Butt Ugly Martians in the deepest darkest crevices of my mind. I must now banish them once-more with the aid of my liquor cabinet.
