Sir, there are only three Schedule in ACT. But you are telling 4 schedule. Please clear.

My Sole Arbitrator is charging 25% extra for sole Arbitrator plus 20% Administrative Charges. It is legal to charge 20% Administrative charges apart from 25% Sole Arbitrator charges ?

Same here. My arbitrator has charged 10% administrative charges and additionally he is conducting hearing at his home and taking venue charges. Also he has calculated fee separately for claim and counter claim so he is taking 75 lakh fee + 7.5 lakh administrative charges + venue charges = approx 1 cr. This is insanely high

Sir respondent is not paying the arbitral fees . I have paid my share of arbitral fees and arbitrator has told that he will only give arbitral award after full fees ... now what to do plz suggest

You can pay the Respondent's share and try to get the amount added as a claim against the Respondent. See Section 38 of the The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
