As she rightly said, "have an open mind " when to travel to India to experience the unbelievable things...
I am from India. I travelled a lot within India and to over 25 countries before I came to USA 23 years ago.
I was appalled by the ignorance of the people here about 1/7th of humanity, the world’s largest democracy, the oldest civilization and the most diverse population - a country that. accounted for over a quarter of the world’s GDP until 200 years ago!
On my first flight within America (within a day of landing) I found myself sitting next to an Air Hostess who had completed her shift and was on her flight back home. It was a long flight - from New York to Seattle and we talked on various topics. A couple of hours into our chat, she asked me where I live. I told her I live in India and was on my first visit to USA. She was surprised and said: “But you speak so good English”
I said: “So? Why is it so surprising? English is one of the two major language of National Commerce, Law and Government in country and it’s English speaking population is probably larger than USA (Officially it is second to India, but that is only because it is not the first language of most people who speak the language and the Indian Census only recorded their first or primary language).
As an Air Hostess she must have travelled a lot and met many people from around the world, If this was the extent of her information, what could I expect of others I thought. My expectations fell to the floor and nothing surprised me after that. I had just come into fish bowl - a continent sized island separated by thousands of miles of sea from the rest of the world - physically and in every other way.
I was not born and brought up India but when I visited India people were surprised that I spoke good Hindi

The world thinks from just mind, but India thinks from heart too❤️❤️❤️❤️
Every Indian should watch this for sure 💖
Those Indians who go out of their country just because of that it is poor , does not offer opportunities , did not have safety , no education , no modernisation.......
But that's not reality 😕
Proud to be Indian 🇮🇳 🇮🇳 💕
Indians respect their motherland as their own mother, maybe she also felt this, that's why she called India as 'she'❤️
No dear.... Every country is a 'she' becuz evry country is from Mother Earth. So don't get shocked. Russia, Japan etc are also called she.
@@petera.6568 yes, that's a obvious cause love for each country is what everyone learns but when you see someone out of your country also adores yours just like you,it obviously feels good ❤️
SOme countries are addressed as Fatherland too, so the "mother Earth logic" is not true..Example; France
@@petera.6568 pakistan uses He
Now you can't find out how I got these likes...
She could have visit to manali, shimla nagaland Sikkim if she felt warm
Right dear
@@user-xt8hp2tx2s maybe because you are use to seeing them around there. Many people love coming there I think. I see lesser western people people in South of India compared East of India
Isn't it great.! That's why I love my country. I can learn and experience so much within ourselves. We are all united even after such huge diversity. Jai Hind
True India is full of diversity, the religion, food, climate, geography, culture of each country is seen in a single country
Aww, you won our hearts by saying your kind words for India. We are glad you had an amazing experience over here.
And you know what ma'am, as beautiful you are, your words were coming straight from your heart which makes you even beautiful from within.
Thank you so much for your kind words.
Thank you for calling India her. Indian is our mother and she always teaches everyone who wants to accept her.
