This plotline was ripped off from the Golden Girls. The horny redhead with a funny accent has a beloved nanny that her wealthy dad has an affair with and the episode is set around a funeral. Also the b story is some of the main cast running a hotel the inexplicably aquired.
I find it appalling that Lois is the least bit impressed by Peter's impeccable hotel management skills.
