rice- 1 kg
chicken boiled shredded - 1.5 cup
chinese carrots chopped - 1 cup
capsicum chopped - half cup
eggs- 8 pcs
salt- 1 tsp
chinese salt - 2 tsp
chicken powder - 2 tsp
white pepper powder -2 tsp
black pepper powder - half tsp
soya sauce - 1/4 cup
green onion- 1/4 cup
(boil the rice with 3 tsp of salt,1/4 cup of oil and 4 tbsp of vinegar)
