Fry Fish Recipe:
Ingredients for fish masala (for 10 kg fish):
Coriander - 12 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 8 tbsp
fennel seeds - 3 tbsp
carom seeds - 3 tbsp
black pepper powder - 3 tbsp
white pepper powder - 2tbsp
crushed red chillies-6 tbsp
warm spices powder - 3 tbsp
chaat masala-3 tbsp
salt- 2.5 tbsp
turmeric powder 2-3 tbsp
orange food colour - 1 tbsp
lemon juice- 1 cup
(I used 75 % masala for 7 kg of fish )
