Minced beef/ mutton- 1kg
onions- 4 medium sized (chopped and squeezed the water)
ginger chopped -Tbsp
garlic chopped - Tbsp
crushed green chillies - Tbsp
coriander seeds -4 tbsp
white cumin seeds - 3tbsp
black cumin seeds - 1tsp
( dry roast them and grind roughly)
warm spices powder- 1 tsp
crushed red chillies- 1tsp
salt- 1tsp
carom seeds- half tsp
fresh coriander - half cup
eggs- 1
oil - for shallow fry
