I always to reused my parchment paper too before switching to a silicone alternative. I really recommend it, makes everything so nicely caramelised, it's easy to wash and it's a good zero waste option:) Also great video, all of your meals look amazing😍

Do you have any advice for someone who has trouble digesting lots of starch (mainly grains), nuts, beans/legumes and even cruciferous vegetables? I did a lot of tests, took probiotics, enzymes and so many things but i still suffer with my digestion..even if i’ve been on this lifestyle for about 3 years now with some changes here and there to see what will suit me best...and still nothing :(( love your videos as always 💜

curious to know the fat/starch to micros ratio of this day, seems off the charts in favor of the former. "seasonal eating"?

I naturally eat between 10-20% fats, this day was definitely on the higher side of that 😅✌

Is your meal planning strictly low fat? I feel like I thrive on more high fat diets with avocado and nuts/ nut butters. Oddly enough they keep me from over eating. I see you like peanut butter and I do too! Lol.

sugar always matters. It's a critical nutrient for humans 😜 every cell in the human body runs off of glucose
