I think the mindset is more that they feel my being new to the idioms of the genre makes me Ill equipped to discuss technique. At least, that's what those individuals explicitly stated. I would think them correct if I were claiming to teach rnb, but I don't make any such claims nor am I even selling voice lessons at the moment. It's definitely possible that I am incorrectly assuming the best intentions from others, but in either case, I have no intention to stop helping singers with the best information I can give away.

Vowels are a big part of singing. I was going to make a video breaking down their blending. I have software that shows the frequencies and would love to demonstrate how this works. I just have to set up my recording situation in my new house >.< I didn't know they write all of their stuff. That's really awesome!

@@LesageSinging yep alot of people thought that the actor should be white (they obviously haven't heard her sing if they're complaining haha), and after one of their recent performances, a lot of people on twitter were saying Chloe should go solo, therefore splitting Chloe X Halle. Of course they wont but it's still kinda sad when people underestimate her because she is the friggin bomb. And if the remake sucks, that probably wont end well for her
