Hey Tapp bros here, thanks for watching! Which bodyweight move is your favorite and are there some you can do right now?
Train safe and stay strong!
Thomas & Jonathan
Just about all tbh
I can do all of these!
My favorite is the Planche? Is that how you spell it? IDK
And the Human Flag
Nice, you can do them all or they are all your favorite? lol @@greywolf8320
Props man! @@@burhanumar3897 Yea that's how you spell it, the planche for me has been my arch nemesis, I have ben able to get the straddle off and on but the straight leg is what I'm aiming for.
That is cool @@TappBrothers you'll get it down in no time at all
The first looks super easy.
I tried it and I went face first to the floor.
me to 😂😂😂
Same
Ruzzmeister it is easy
joyconboyz ye after a week of practice, not the first time
Marius Le Roy i did it and the first time was easy
"For beginners"

Yeah, do push-ups
Plank
Tess Crelli thats exactly what i tought😂
😂😂
Normal? U havent begined yet
It took me about 5 minutes to realize they're not the same person
Without you I may never noticed :D
They are the same person
aren’t they?
Wait they aren’t
I was like, why did he change his clothes?
You can learn them.

It’s not hard just keep trying you get it

He went from street workout moves, to breakdancing, to parkour. This video is all over the place lol
You missed out the yoga part🤣👌
To being a jesus
And a bit of magic stufff

Little tip : Put a pillow in front of you when you try to do an elbow lever or the crow pose, not only will it save your nose if you faceplant but it will maje you more confident while doing the pose. Also, if you have glasses, take them of, it will hurt your nose if you fall.
thanks bro🙏
Im assuming you tried
You have glasses
You failed
And hurt your nose
@@citystarproductions6703 that's wisdom for ya 😌
Also turn your face to the side when you are about to faceplant
@@citystarproductions6703 A small price to pay for salvation.
I learned calisthenics, breakdance, parkour, yoga and magic in one video
*That's for beginners?! Wow, I'm really trying!* 😲
How did go vfx?
I guess "for beginners" in calisthenics means that instead of taking 1-3 years to learn the move just takes 1 month to learn ;)
Same here
I've read you comment and then agreed but now, a few weeks later, I can do the elbow lever. Thank god
What has amazed me is that even after years of weight-training, I recently started your second exercise and FAILED. I couldn't hold that Frog Stand and really couldn't stack my hips over my head in order to go into a handstand. It's amazing how difficult bodyweight exercises are compared to weightlifting. I'm going to sell some of my weightlifting equipment and do more calisthenics and gymnastics. Much less stress on the body and joints.
Better not hurt ur joints lol. I hurt mine a lot
@@phenkangzhen400 - that's the main reason why I am switching over from weight-lifting to gymnastics and calisthenics. When I first switched over, I was amazed at how many muscles I was not exercising with weights.
Your legs will shrink though. Can't stimulate legs properly with just your bodyweight.
@@proximityclockworkx1572 Have you ever seen the huge thighs on male ballet dancers and speed skaters?
Haha. Who created this myth? Calisthenics is even more stressful for the joints than any other strenght sport
They look easy but they aren’t
Luka Goshteliani mate they don’t look easy either
@@user-uj8ot7fm7n I failed first time trying😂
What happened to your eyes brooo.......
They aren't easy they are really easy
Well it's really easyyyy to learn it
People don't be so fool
He has great strength....
Music Soul yeah no shit I’m signing up for a muscle conditioning gym I’m skinny and 16 time to bulk up for some reason I just stay skinny.
I mean anyone that starts out with basic strength or that worked for a month should be able to do some of these

Fake Life lmaoooo💀
Superman is my favorite, but that levitation was incredible!!! :) Really good looking moves that everyone can do with a little practice. Great video guys!
Haha yea levitation is one of our personal favorites, thanks brotha!
Subbed to your channel since TappBrothers mentioned you in their video. You deserve more subs dude!
@@TappBrothers Welcome, thank you for great content!
Love to watch you do your thing, guys. You make it look so easy and fun. Thanks for posting this one.
Brilliant video guys. I purchased a set of gravity xl parallette bars a month ago and man what a purchase. I started the holds in your video, got a little ahead of myself went into doing frog stands and rolled over straight into my TV stand. Going to keep practising. Stay safe guys.
why do you keep changing clothes?
haha I got that speed change on lock El Pato
Man it's the Tapp BROTHERS what does that tell you? Huh, nothing???
Why do you keep changing facial hair?

I think that was the best video I've ever seen you brothers do... informative & fun
0:35 we are using our elbows to support us,
Well my elbows not suporting me then😐
You guys deserve way more subs. Such an informative, awesome channel.
This video includes a variety of styles and difficultes for beginners to try, aspire for, AND succeed at. I would normally need three different videos for that. Thank you!
Great video watching it makes me wanna get into core training more n more it exposes most gyms as just gimmiks they got there perks but not something you can't do at home for free
I just love going back to that video. It's got so much fun and tips. Thanks bros.
Great energy guys, really enjoyed it. Cheers!
One of the best videos I have seen in a long time.... Have to make the most of this..
I'm the first time on this channel and only in the middle of video I noticed that it was 2 different guys))
By the way, I liked your content, it's fresh!
This is a scam. I almost died.
Then change your do
Wow this last one is so genius!
Handstand presses never cease to impress the hell out of me.
Nice, I like the thumbnail, looks a lot like a thumbnail from Calisthenicmovement with the blue shorts and all. :D you should totally collab with them btw.
Thanks Gustaf! Dude your so right, literally just need matching blue shoes and I'll look like El Eggs long lost cousin haha. They have an awesome channel! Def. would love to collab with those guys in the future.
I can do half of them. I'll keep practicing!!
Dude the elbow handstand was so easy I got in second try! Thanks a bunch!
Really Nice, Fun & Energetic Video.
Def. I'll try, Thank U, 😊
Thank you guys! Both of you are awesome!
One of the most useful video I’ve seen
Thanks
Great video thanks for the easy tips and the modest delivery. Tho many instructors flex their ego more than the muscle.
Anyone else just used to do these when they were younger?
Aren't you young still tho?
krenny I’m 15 used to do this when I was like 7-10
@@vSxltyy_ oh nice
Yes 😂
I don't know how or why I knew these moves
"people are gonna think you are a jesus" that got me laughing lol
hey this is super awesome thanks so much man just what i needed
Funny how as a kid I didn't need a video to learn these, just improvisation while bored. And those parkour moves were essential if you wanted to be fastest kid around the block
Yeah actually you dont need to learn the parkour moves you think of them at the time, when chased or something
Χριστόφορος Γεωργούλας yup
@@tex394 yeah you just have to do them at the time otherwise you are fucked
I am the trickiest not fastens lmao
Χριστοφορος Γεωργουλας faxxx
Love that Balducci variation. Makes the effect more convincing. I'll have to use that.
This is an amazing video!! I do yoga so i can do some of them haha but and awesome way to improve. Thank you so much I can't wait to try some of these lol.
With such tips anyone becomes the king of the party.
You'are a hell of a guy!
Love this!!
This was CLASS !
So happy that I can do the 2nd one 😌
More like advance moves. I need more practice
Hey Lanell, I feel ya, we all have to start somewhere and no worries the moves you see in this video can be broken down into smaller progression steps. Here's a tutorial for the elbow lever shown with some progression steps - czcams.com/video/TuBj_oKtad4/video.html Now if you find it difficult on your wrists here are some tips to help strengthen and increase flexibility with the wrist to support - czcams.com/video/N_EQRyaJHSY/video.html or here - czcams.com/video/D0z0XeNW6po/video.html
Pulimuli easy or hard its very relative. For gymnasts even planche is considered easy.
@Pulimuli yeah pressing into an handstand from crane is pretty easy... /s lol
if this is advanced then there is no word in the dictionary to define the one-arm handstand
Lmaoo
Hey buddy. Really appreciated this
Thanks for this wonderful list
I'll try them out in my next yoga session👍👍👍
TappBrothers awesome guys! Thanks! I've been doing the helicopter since highschool but Im definetly gonna practice the headstands and esp that David Blane sh*t hahaha
He makes the moves look so easy to do so
Amazing man last move is the best move

I almsot alway do a planche combonation, based off the handstand lunge, i also including the tuck planche push into the mix
Could already do elbow lever before hand, didn’t realise what it was

You balance teally well. I fall after 5 seconds

Thanks for the love Grey Wolf! Nothing much, hanging out in the comments section for a little bit and the off to bed, in Asia right now. Whats up with you
As a yogi I love it
And here I'm struggling to transition between crow and headstand :D
You can already do both? Girl, you rock ! Don't worry about what you cannot do too much but focus on what you can do ! :)
I bought one of your parkour courses like 4 years ago lol
Me trying 6:05
No one:
Me:falls hit my chair and couch at 12pm
Also me:did my parents here me?😭
I can do Elbow Planche, but thats crazy.
And the Frogstand
I can do first four ! Should I try for elbow flag? I can already imagine my classmate's face
I've just broken my teeth and jaw
THANK ME LATER!!!😏
which exercise was it?
@@mojo5093 the locomotor one
I can picture myself doing these in the nightclub with my high heels on.
After managing to hold the crow pose for a glorious second, I must say I fell on over my hand with my head to the ground. Close enough
Amazing😍
Cool man
Note: If you've never have workout before, or not on the newbie gains type of beginner like 4-12 weeks.
You're gonna need to get a little bit strong first.
Try the reddit recommended routine to get you started.
anybody else try the first one and couldn't do it?
try it on a table. grab the table top from one side, with your fingers underneath. it‘s quite easy to start like that.
And then practise
couldn't hold it for a second.
The first is easy ive got it from the first times but im doing calisthenics for over three years
I did it. Does it mean i m ans advance athlete?
