- Sen. Dianne Feinstein, who shattered glass ceilings during her more than three decades in the U.S. Senate, has died at the age of 90. She was the longest-serving woman in the Senate, as well as the longest-serving senator from California. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, a Democrat from Minnesota, joined CBS News with her memories of Feinstein.

She will be remembered as a prime example of someone who didn't want to let go of power, all the way up till death.
About time, she was living overtime. At least in her honor they are shutting down the federal government.

Can someone please explain why many of these people don’t retire, they just work until they die in office? 90 years old, how about retire 20 years ago when she was still healthy and enjoy retirement? She’s been so sick lately; she didn’t even know what was going on. In some cases, they just wheeled her into to vote and then an aid would step up and literally tell her when to vote and what to say. It’s kind of the same with Fetterman, this brain-dead dude shouldn’t be anywhere near the US Senate, this is one of the most embarrassing things in the history of the US Senate. The US Senate is known as the “world’s most deliberative body”. Has anyone ever heard of Fetterman getting up in front of the Senate and giving a long, passionate floor speech? No, you haven’t because it’s never happened, he would not be able to do that, he no longer has the mental capability.
The bribes , kickbacks, and influence selling is to lucrative.

But I am disgusted by Feinstein and the likes, politicians who glum onto power well beyond their time to exit. Shame on McConnel, Nancy and Biden, also. Reminds me of Jesus: You do not enter Kingdom of heaven yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in. There are many young and hopeful lining up for public service, but these folks are blocking the paths!
