I have the same board my space bar doesn't sound like that but I didn't use the included stabilizers
@@SPLIFiTeD the space bar in the video is not stock, so maybe that's why yours sounds better
The spacebar stab came with the keyboard kit, just maybe I didn't do a good job lubing it so it still rattles a bit.
In my opinion, the space is inserted upside down

Hey Sam! I'm trying to figure it out which budget keyboard should I buy. I want something like GMK67 (gasket mounted, policarbonat plate, etc) but with 75 or 81 or TKL layout (basically to have arrow keys and F keys). Not interested in wireless. Must be hot swappable and have mount plate stabs
If it's your first time, getting something like RK or a prebuilt will be fine first.

Hi Sam. I watched your V75 Pro video and even though they are essentially the same keyboard I much prefer the sound on the V75 Plus. Is it just my ears or do they sound vastly different side by side? If so could you get the same sound on the V75 pro if i were to put mint switches instead of the matte and replace the key caps?
Hey, the sound profile is mostly because of the poron foam, switches and keycaps. But yea changing the switches and keycaps will make it sound deeper

Well tbh Quiet and Thocky don't go together. But for budget switches I would recommend the Akko Silent Haze Pink switches for a quiet switch and the Cream Yellow Akko for thocky

How does it with compare with the Cidoo v75 prebuilt? Is the sound profile that big of a difference? Thanks.
It's pretty different because I use thicker keycaps and different switches. The prebuilt doesn't sound as deep as I would prefer
@@itssamueltan I just got the prebuilt, and after fixing the stabilizer, and changing the switch and keycaps, my prebuilt sounds a lot like your V75 Plus kit. I don't think there's much difference between the kit and the prebuilt, other than the flex cut PCB in the kit version.
Hello Sam one question how i use it on 2.4ghz only connect the dongle and nothing else or i need press something too?
For first time pairing you may need to follow the pairing steps in the User Manual. Usually it's FN+R or FN+4

is the v75 pro better for the price compared to this? where im from, the v75 plus is only like 10usd cheaper, which feels like its not as worth as the v75 pro thats a fully built board with a volume dial... which one should i consider getting?
Get the Pro honestly, unless you wanna spend more and build your own then get the V75 Plus

Wait so did you hand lube the switches or just stick with factory prelube?
5:28 it's factory lubed out of the box, I kept it the same and didn't relube it
@@itssamueltan impressive that it sounds the way it does with factory lube. Makes me question if oil kings are even necessary
Is there actually no way to change the main clock? I had the main clock working for a little bit but now it does not work at all. Please reply if you can help me change the main clock to be the correct time.
Edit: I belive the display syncs to the correct time once the image custom tool is running. Im not sure but i just got it to work again.
Hey, actually you just have to connect via the Wired mode to the computer and sync the software. It should fix itself

Yea no RGB, the south facing is just for clearance. Because some switches have interference with cherry profile keycaps

Feels like a downgrade from Pro, since the screen is not practical and you lose the knob.
Nice typing test btw, very satisfying and the final part with the steady and slow key stabs were the best. Noticed that the arrow keys sound a bit thin or hollow compared to other keys
I do agree with the knob, the screen doesn't have much functionality. And yea the sound is not the same throughout the keyboard, some parts sound deeper
If the volume knob is not stepless, I honesly would rather have the screen.
The pre built is only 10 dollars extra and has a knob and sounds very good stock too

Make sure it's in wired mode and use the given cable if all fails

Why does this look exactly like the finalkey v81 plus?
Same OEM case, just the case and finish is different
No rgb still makes it feel empty for me, I really hope some company makes something similar to this but with rgb. (Can’t afford the zoom 75 ofcourse)

Oh, 1.8mm - these are the same as the ones from GMK67 video

I bought mine second hand, previous owner only used it once and I got it for 25 USD

@@AndersonSilvaMMApretty much any switch is better than cherry switches. The only cherry switches that are good, are the blacks but even then they won't sound/feel that good without lubing, filming and spring swapping them.
