This actually makes me sad for her character because some people really go all out for their birthday in the hopes it’ll make up for the incredible loneliness they feel every other day of the year. They milk all the love and affection they get on their birthday because it’s so fleeting. I’m imagining the “flowers on her doorstep” didn’t even happen, she just pretends to make herself feel better.

The way she keeps cutting her eyes around the shop to decide when to start yakking for maximum attention-grabbing effectiveness is so on point. Also, the humble brag about *two* bouquets of flowers is accurate.

It's always a battle between wanting to laugh hysterically and my soul cringing into oblivion watching these videos 😂
I’m in an abusive relationship with these videos
We all are! 🤣🤣🤣
The change of expression like a mask dropping and the watchful eyes when she steps back from the counter and isn't getting the reaction she wants
gave me a little shiver of latent PTSD.
I'm grateful the person it reminded me of is not in our day to day lives anymore...
2:18- Why shes so good ❤
Oh no, she just keeps on going
I remember someone saying 'if you have to constantly tell people its your birthday then you dont have friends.' lol
How's that funny and not sad?
Honestly, it’s her birthday. She deserves the cupcake.
Yeah! Thank you! What's with the salt?
Her way of acting as the most realistic fake people is actually crazy, you are the shit caitlin.
It's okay. I will volunteer as a tribute and break out in song and dance for her so everyone including her can get on with their day
Haha my husband does this. He wanders over and loudly sings happy birthday to strangers in public places - out of tune & with gusto!
You're my hero ❤
*Seeking validation from total strangers on her birthday must feel like a new level of low*
I think Caitlin is telling us it’s her birthday. 🎉🎂⭐️
Oh man this one just triggered my retail PTSD holy shit you do that character so well.
This is painfully accurate, there are folks like this and all you can do is carefully look over and just wonder. What in God’s name are they really going through
low self-esteem
You feel bad at first, until you becomes friends with them. They are like this everyday of the year,
every, single, day.
@@specialtwice4975 Energy vampires for sure.
Emotional and physical neglect from their parents.
Caitlin Reilly i need you to know that ive never felt how much the emotions love and hate can be so simultaneous until i started watching your videos and ive only become all the worse for it thank you
😁Good for her. She's excited about life and moving through it. Respect.
Congrats on all of your success, Caitlin!
Happy birthday Caitlin! 😂
This is funny but also made me feel kind of sad for her and how lonely the character must be. Maybe there’s no boyfriend, no flowers 😢
Way more than maybe
Almost definite
She just wants someone to be happy for her for a minute. Where I live, that is not a crime 🤔
Every time I watch these videos and think "cmon, Caitlyn, make me suffer!" You always deliver ❤
I actually physically could not watch this one 😂😂 My eyes were stapled shut with fear and anxiety throughout this entire video LMAO! I was only able to steal a glance or two, wonderful job Caitlin!
I was fine with this interaction until exactly @1:11
That is when you sent me into an illogical rage. This hurt.
and it KEPT GOINGG AAAA. these videos are excellent but man are they infuriating
Looks around, realizes no one is paying attention to her anymore, pulls up text she read an hour ago "OH MYYYYYYYE GAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWD!"
I've dealt with much worse however she never ceases to amaze me!!! 😂❤🙏
I am addicted to your talent! Thanks and love and support from France :)
Another hard watch. Congratulations!
This is the kind of woman who says "I don't want anything, just donate to charity in my name!" and then is pissed and confused when she doesn't get gifts.
this is so good i literally started zoning out after she started talking about her day
I swear she encounters someone and then absorbs their personality.
and she posted this on my birthday 🤣
This is so so sooo accurate I mean at the same time it's irritating too 😂🤣
The way she acts one way on the surface and then reveals her real feelings is brilliant
Aww, I feel so sorry for her. She just needs a hug and for the whole shop to sing Happy birthday to her. A free cupcake wouldn't hurt either 🧁😂
The first 30 seconds reminds me of middle class Londoners ordering there first ever Greggs in a small northern town
Caitlin is such a good actress that she triggers my fight or flight and I don’t even work in food service anymore
You know, on a serious note, the more I watch these the more I connect mannerisms (that I thought where annoying about certain people) to actual inner issues that some people may have from their personal lives lacking. Of course it’s a funny skit, but I never really thought of it as I stated above. So thank you for your content, you’re a beautiful person
I’ve just paused at the 1-minute mark, realising there’s another 90 SECONDS of this lady waiting for her order… I need to take a few deep breaths so I don’t die before the end ☠️
I genuinely cannot finish this video. Kudos
And then she gets suuuuuper passive aggressive & scary anytime someone shows even the slightest hint of refusal to play along. Literal insanity!!!
You are so funny, Caitlin! Your voice and your eyes with the faces.....omg, thanks!
She does these characters so well!!! Spot on!😂
🎉🎉..we missed you
Thank you for coming back! You've been missed! ❤
I have a sister in law who acts this way. Ugh it makes my skin crawl. Great Job the way, you nailed it
the slight pause she did after she said it was her birthday to wait for the barrista to say it... honeslty its too accurate.
😂😂🎉🎉🎉 happy birthday Caitlin!!!!🙌🙌🙌
That's so sad, really. Great job! I was getting so irritated! 🤣
Absolutely stellar. The little shake in her voice when she laughs as she says ‘it’s my birthdayyy’ at 1.51 is perfect.
this literally hurts me physhically. thank you, Caitlin.
