Cost difference is small, same Leeson 5 hp motor, same amp draw listed in specs, same noise rating. Other than added cost of 8 in vs. 6 in trunk lines, are there any disadvantages of the larger impeller system? OTOH, if equipment to be attached has dust collection outlets of 4 in, will there be any advantage with the larger impeller?
