The Vancouver Canucks are playing the Edmonton Oilers in Game 7 of their series tomorrow, and I'm honestly terrified.

Lose, but yes 2nd round and taking Oilers to 7 is very good for a team that missed the playoffs last year. If they can choke like that in game 6, you know they wll choke in game 7 which is a more important game. It won't even be close just like game 6. I'm use to Canucks losing so this won't hit as hard.
Any objective Canucks fan like myself should be nervous. Vancouver has the ability to beat the oilers but it’s going to take a huge team effort when you’re going against McDavid and Leon.

Remember 1994? Canucks were 8th place in the conference, and weren't expected to win anything, let alone go onto the Finals. Edmonton is a tough team... Canucks have been hanging on by their teeth. But that's playoff hockey... the lesser team can still beat the favored team as long as they hang on, then capitalize on the other team's mistakes. Canucks will be fine.
As an Oilers fan I can tell you that I felt JUST like this the day before yesterday... This has been a rollercoaster of a series. Game 7 could still go either way.
Canucks perform the best when they are doubted and under incredible pressure. I refuse to be nervous about the game tomorrow because to me it would feel like I have given up already. I believe in the team and believe they can move on to the conference finals! I also feel a Hughes goal incoming!!

This was a lottery team with everyone on the team worth a dam wanting out a year ago and now the canucks made it to round 2 against a "cup favorite" team. Half of these guys have never played a real playoff game (not including the bubble). This a great opportunity to build on this experience for next year if they lose.
Positive mental attitude, and knowing that no matter what happens in Game 7 tomorrow, the Canucks have exceeded expectations.

I've been a hockey fan for decades. I had seasons tickets for the New Westminster Bruins back in the '70's. I saw them win 4 straight league championships then onto the Memorial Cup finals losing the first 2 but winning the next 2. I had seasons tickets for the long gone Vancouver Burrards Lacrosse team and saw them win national trophies. The Vancouver Canadians baseball team has won their league championships. I've seen the Vancouver Giants win the league championship and the Memorial Cup. I'd really like to see the Canucks finally get past the curse that they've been under and win the cup before I die. I'm not holding my breath though. It seems like they've been cursed.

Toronto is the largest city in Canada by far and therefore seems to have more idiot fans. Vancouver is more than 2x Edmonton's population so it seems like they have a lot of idiot fans, but not as many as Toronto.

As an Oilers fan I have enjoyed the fan rivalry for this series more than any other in my memory. Yes, there are those who are getting nasty with each other but not everyone is like that. Some of us are coming together and talking about all the great things we are seeing from both teams. We respect each other because we know that one of us is going to be let down in the end after watching some of the greatest hockey possible between two really good teams.
I admit that I'm getting PTSD flashbacks to 2011 at the moment. I can probably live with us losing a close game, which means we kept pace throughout the game. Not sure I can handle a blowout like last night. Hoping for the best, and preparing for the worst.

Canucks are 2nd favorite team, game 7, no one gave them hope at the start of the regular season. They're playing with house money, and with the talent on that team they can be dangerous. If they go and pay like they got nothing to lose, they won't tense up like my Avs did. Like ur skill guys play like skill guys and forecheckers play like forecheckers.
