Domino’s Style Creamy Tomato Pasta Pizza
Ingredients List for “Pizza Dough”:-
¾-cup Luke Warm water (temp. 110 to 115 degree C)
1-tsp Sugar
1-tsp Dry active yeast
½-tsp Salt
½-tsp pizza seasoning
2-tbsp Olive oil/Vegetable oil
1-tbsp Malted Butter
2-cup All-purpose Flour/Maida
3-4 tbsp Warm Water (if required)
Ingredients List for ”Pizza Sauce Recipe”:-
6-7nos-Tomtos (500g)
1-inch Fresh Ginger
3-tbsp Olive oil/Vegetable oil
1-tsp Red Chilli Flacks
1-tsp Dry Basil Leaves
1-tsp Mix Herbs/Pizza Seasoning
1-tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½-tsp Black Pepper Powder
½-tsp Garlic Powder
1-tsp salt (as per taste)
3-tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients List for “Tangy Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce”:-
3-tbsp Pizza Sauce
2-tbsp Mayonnaise
2-tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients List for “Assembling the Pizza”:-
1-cup Pasta (boiled with 1tsp oil & ½ tsp salt)
¼-cup Chopped Red capsicum
¼-cup Chopped Yellow capsicum
¼-cup Chopped Green capsicum
¼-Cup black olives
1-cup Mozzarella Cheese Grated
Additional Ingredients:-
2-tbsp Corn Flour/Maze Flour/maida for dusting
1-tsp Olive oil/Vegetable oil
