PASTA PIZZA
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Serve 2
Ingredients
For Boiling Pasta
1 litre Water, पानी
200 gms Spaghetti pasta, स्पेगेटी पास्ता
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Olive oil, जैतून का तेल
For Tomato Mixture
3 medium size Tomato, grated, टमाटर
1 tsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
1 ½ tsp Chilli flakes, कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च
⅓ cup Tomato ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप
For Pizza Sauce
2 tbsp Olive oil, जैतून का तेल
2-3 Garlic cloves, लहसुन
1 medium Onion, finely chopped, प्याज
Tomato Mixture, टोमाटर का मिश्रण
1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
For Topping
¼ cup Sweet corn, blanched, भुट्टे के दाने
1 medium size Green bell pepper, chopped, हरी शिमला मिर्च
¼ cup Red bell pepper, chopped, लाल शिमला मिर्च
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
A pinch of degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
¼ tsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
½ tsp Olive oil, जैतून का तेल
For Assembling
2 tsp Oil, तेल
Boiled Spaghetti pasta, उबलहुवा स्पेगेटी पास्ता
¼ cup Prepared Pizza Sauce, तैयार किया हुआ पिज्जा सॉस
¼ cup Pizza cheese blend, चीज
Prepared Pizza Sauce, तैयार किया हुआ पिज्जा सॉस
Pizza cheese blend, चीज
Prepared Topping, तैयार किया हुआ टॉपिंग
For Garnish
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Process
For Boiling Pasta
Bring water to a roaring boil and add salt, add pasta and cook it for 11 minutes and stir occasionally then strain and keep aside for further use.
Add olive oil and mix well.
For Tomato Mixture
In a bowl, add grated tomatoes, oregano, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup and mix well.
Keep aside for further use.
For Pizza Sauce
In a shallow pan, add olive oil, once it's hot, add garlic, onion and saute until translucent.
Add prepared tomato mixture, degi red chilli powder and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
For Topping
In a large bowl, add sweet corn, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, and salt to taste.
Add a pinch of degi red chilli powder, green chilli, oregano, olive oil and mix well.
Keep aside for further use.
For Assembling
In a non-stick pan, add oil, place the boiled spaghetti pasta all over the pan equal.
Cover it with a lid and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes to form a crust.
Spread the prepared tomato sauce over the pasta base. Add pizza cheese blend all over the base.
Add prepared tomato sauce and spread it evenly. Cover it with the lid and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add pizza cheese blend, prepared topping and Sprinkle some more cheese on top.
Cover and cook until the cheese begins to melt on low flame. Heat a pan and cover it with another pan on top so that the cheese melts from top.
Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
