Around how much does a new top, back window & installation usually go for? Also what do you feel is better, the plastic window or the folding glass?

Having a shop do it for me, I saw quotes to include the top for 1-2k. My Kee Auto Top was $285 from CJ Pony Parts. I figured if I messed up the first install and had to buy another top, I'd still come in cheaper. The rear window is preference really. I was concerned the plastic hinge on the folding glass would not last.
