We go over this in the study of physical education and anatomy over in Europe, it is proven to help in 800m races for reduced lactic acid affect however a lot of subject threw up after the event due to the baking soda, people used to do it but it is much less common these days although there are illegal versions that do similar things but they are illegal in sports

It can contribute to it, yes. However, not at the rates of sodium chloride (salt) typically found in foods. Either way, account for it if that is a concern. IMO, don't even bother taking baking soda because the benefits are not worth it.

I see many people taking baking soda to reduce acid reflux, but there r dangers of baking soda as regular consumption can make our stomach more alkaline thus reducing proper protein and mineral absorption. Ph level of our stomach is between 1-3 which is acidic and should be maintained like that. its better to take ACV.

What is you opinion on counting calories? I've seen people argue for both ends of the spectrum i.e. count every single calorie down to the finest detail, or just eat as you feel hungry type thing (which seems ridiculous). Do you use any apps to track your calories or do you keep a rough ballpark in mind?
If you plan on making a second channel for personal stuff maybe you could share with us apps or other products that you use there. I feel that you probably don't want to introduce the possibility of bias by talking about specific brands/products, but as long as you clearly state that your aren't sponsored by said company I would find that information very helpful.

I would use it but only once or twice a week Max. I normally use it on leg day or back day because you will be less sore the next day and you can get out a couple of extra reps per set. But it's not good to use everyday because then you will produce less stomach acid there by not breaking down your food properly and getting the nutrients from food and then having long-term side effects.

I practice taking soda with water.
I take 20 grams (90kg person here) of soda with 1 liter of water approximately 30 to 60 minutes before my cardio activities- usually walking for 2 to 6 hours at fast pace.
The benefits: decreased muscle soreness while walking and effectively walking longer.
Muscle recovery afterwards is the main reason I take soda. I feel like new within a minutes (up to 30 minutes post walking).
And the muscle fatigue I used to have for hours before ... is now gone! :-)
If digestion and the taste of soda are of no issue (or bearable), I highly recommend taking it to reduce muscle soreness and increase muscle recovery.
