In this fourth episode of our series “Saving Taiwan” we take in a few restaurants and hit the iconic Raohe Street Night Market. Come with us for a sampling as we scratch the surface of the food culture here in Taipei.

Hello! This is somewhat off topic, but still related to food. I saw your interview with Adam Parker a few days ago. You said you some favorite restaurants in Bangkok for non-Thai cuisine (e.g. crab, steak, etc). Do you mind sharing some of these? Thanks in advance. Looking forward to visiting Bangkok soon.
While we love the many options for Thai food we do like to mix it up. Here are a few non-Thai options: Ministry of Crab, Antonio's, El Gaucho, Avra, Shahrazad, Nan Bei, Charley Brown's, Pala Pizza, Indulge, Don Asado, Big Mama.
Can you teach Gen z how to retire when wages don't rise as fast as housing costs anymore?
Don't know but what I do know is when we were young and getting a raw deal (eg, Vietnam draft) we took to the streets in protest. Just sayin'
