  • Get long, lean, and toned in this scorcher of a workout. This barre class will sizzle and sculpt all the major muscle groups, as well as activate deep muscle layers using a combination of strength and balance compound exercises. Longer sets will build muscle endurance and strengthen mental grit.
    This work out is intermediate-advanced level, but is 100% doable for beginner by shortening the sets and/or number of reps, and reducing the ranges of motion for arm and leg work.
    Take breaks when needed, stay hydrated, and pay attention to form!
