Sankaranarayanaswamy kovil located in sankarankovil and it is tentasi district. It is nearly 1 km distance from sankarankovil bus stand. This temple more than 1000 years old and constructed by ukkirapandiyan during the 10th century. In temple have three deity Sri Sankaralingam Sri Sankaranarayanar Sri Komathi Amman. In temple premises have great king poolidevar separate room for him and inside the temple have king Ukkirapandiyan and Guardian Manikreevan statue. This temple is best for naga thosam and they provide cancerous soil it is believe by people it will cure lot of disease. Normally in temple Durgai amman face towards North direction but in this temple facing south direction. And the video i was explained the history of the temple. The main festival of the temple is Aadithabasu.
