I have done this for many years, but always can learn from others advice. Thank you. For my benefit and others with less experience - how loose for the axle nuts? Just slightly? - how much play should you have in the chain with proper adjustment? 1/2 inch?
I loosen the axel nuts until I can turn them by hand, as far as chain slack it depends on the specific bike due to every bike having different amounts of rear suspension travel. So go off of what the spec is for each bike, better to be loose than tight
Great instructional video. I also own a Vstrom and XT225!
Great combo of bikes to have for sure 🤙🏼
