General XP on 32's with Gilomen clutching and tuning gets spring and weight changes! Big Changes!

  • I have been wanting to change up my clutch to get less rpm when cruising and a harder take off for better belt life. The green spring helps with belt grip. I plan to change the weights again after I get a new belt broke in. I'm pretty excited with my results this far. I'm getting everything setup to giveaway GrizzzTek guards and Gilomen clutch roller upgrade.

    Should get a draggy or something to test performance. Also an infrared temp gun to check each clutch face and belt temp. In my past snowmobile clutch experience to keep the top rpm but lower cruising rpm you would have to adjust the secondary.

    I’ve got a blk/rd/gld primary springs. Weights are 4,1,2 and secondary is orange spring.
    My ride is setup for a lot of trail riding at mid range speeds and for low range rock crawling.
    Racing friends in low I pull away from em and always get them out of the hole. Lots and lots of low end power. I haven’t checked my rpm engagement. But I can do so this coming weekend when I am out riding an get back to ya. I am completely satisfied with terry and his wife Jill setup they got me. The throttle response and over setup on the machine from them is way better than stock. Thank you again for your videos sir.

    So to clarify you like the set up with GI green spring, weights adjusted to 4, 2, 2? Did you eventually compare it to anything like the rzr again? How did it fare. So far your channel has been the most helpful

    Just be glad you didn’t get hunterwork clutches like I did. They prematurely fail.

      @@jhmotorsports7692 I brought one for my Polaris ranger xp900. On his web he states never had a flat spot in his roller clutch but I did and contacted Todd . He told me to order a new clutch to repair mine and would not update his claim of never flatting his rollers. I asked him why he stated it’s normal wear. I also wanted him to remove his false claim on his product he blocked me from his email.🤷🏻‍♂️ poor customer service.
