I recently found out through a detailed endometriosis ultrasound that I have adenomyosis and possible superficial endometriosis as well. I’m only 22 and planning on having children one day so I’ve been quite upset and worried these last few days since finding out.
I’ve had pain for just under a year and a half now but it’s only been in the last 7 months or so that the pain has followed a pattern centred around my cycle, at first it was thought to be gastro related because the pain would last for weeks at times or a few days here and there. I also have periods of very low iron.
I can imagine learning about your diagnosis can be very confronting and overwhelming! However, I would recommend continuing to work with a women's health specialist or dietitian to help manage your symptoms and get you in the best possible condition to hopefully fall pregnant one day :)

Just wanted to comment here as a fellow woman with endometriosis. I used to have extremely painful periods forever, ever since I first started. I was always afraid that I might not be able to have babies. Not all women with endo are infertile, so don't think it automatically makes you infertile or will have problems. By the time I got to TTC, I was able to have my two kids in my 30s and it happened right off the bat in my case. After having baby #1, my painful periods went away. I wish the same for you too, as I was in the same boat. Try to eat a healthy diet and stay away from anything estrogenic, like soy, which can exacerbate endometriosis.
Hii I have adenomyosis from 1 and half year I have abortions due no baby hartbeatt like reasons my age 26 and my periods are regular how I concieve or not ..?some doctors are saying surrogacy only option...please give any suggestion

I have the same condition I am scheduled to have a UAE done. You can look this up there is a lot of information about Uterine Artery Embolization on youtube
I was diagnosed with adenomyosis last year in October during laproscopy surgery and biopsy.
And I have PCOS

Thank you so much.My doctor see somethings like adenomiosys in my uterus .It was like a few little points .But he told me I must go for IVF directly .....No treatment no pills

I have the condition and I can get pregnant naturally. I miscarriage at 9 weeks, can Adenomyosis be the cause? What can I do to prevent miscarriage in the future before and while pregnant. Please reply 😔

I still didnt get it, in Which research mention that Women with adenomyosis might with The risk or Twin or triple pregnancy? Isit Because of The estrogen ?
I haven't seen any research on why, just on the fact that it's a common phenomenon. Some health care professionals believe it is due to to tissue damage of the endometrium. See www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6419978/
