Hearing your early pregnancy symptoms was very reassuring to me. I also have adenomyosis, recently diagnosed after having my first baby. It wasn't picked up before but I did have a csection which is known to be a possible reason it develops... but looking back my uterus was always extremely crampy throughout, I had a subchorionic haemorrhage early on and my baby was induced and ultimately, extracted surgically due to FGR (adenomyosis makes it hard for the womb to stretch and let baby have room to grow). This time around I am having a lot my intense cramping. My ovulation was painful, the implantation was painful. It hurts so bad when I move wrong or sneeze and I am only 5 weeks. I was so shocked to become pregnant after basically just giving up trying to conceive since I was referred to the OBGYN because my disease was so extensive and debilitating. I was worried they would simply do a hysterectomy because things were so bad (extreme blood loss and constant iron infusions needed). But suddenly I am pregnant without trying after 9 months of tracking and timing and adjusting my diet etc. I was scared the pain I am feeling now was a sign of miscarriage as I know the condition puts me at higher risk for it but now I have heard you explain how it feels for you I am not panicking as much. I am still very nauseated with extreme aversions to usually favourite foods so I am hoping that is a positive sign. Our symptoms would be red flags for most people but we go through a lot of abnormal discomfort with our condition every day.

Going through your video has been of great learning. I too was diagnosed with posterior adenomyosis and had lost hopes in conceiving. But in the month of may i tested positive and was overjoyed. Unknown of what other consequences i would go through, i panicked in small small changes. Like spotting and cramping are few reasons i doubted what next. Moreover on consulting my gynec, i was said that it was normal to have stains or spottings. I was worried coz even after pursuing the doc i wasnt properly checked. I had little bleeding in my third and sixth week. Later in my seventh week the foetus dint show any growth or heartbeat. So, i had to abort...basically a silent miscarriage had happened. Everything was so painful.
Now having known about do and do nots while pregnancy with adenomyosis, im just praying for a second chance and have a healthy baby. I guess m mentally prepared to go through all the pain.
Thankyou for sharing ur part of journey❣️

Did you get treated for adenomyosis before conceiving naturally? I got diagnosed with adenomyosis very recently and I conceived naturally in the first cycle. So I am concerned about the pregnancy. This is my first one.
