    What's often not taught in medical school are ways to calm the mind, be more mindful. The military is starting to incorporate mindfulness into its training to soldiers can be more present and less distracted. Med students would benefit from that big time. Books like 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels and the Tao Te Ching can offer good mindfulness meditation lessons. It's so important to detach from worries, demands, and expectations.

    If we have a question or a video idea, where do we ask it? I am still in highschool, and am planning on becoming a neurosurgeon, but there are not too many opportunites where I live. Is there a possiblity you could do more videos for IMG and FMGs who are trying to get into medical school or residency in the USA. I know its not impossible but the road does seem quite hard. Is it better that I just switch to a less competative speciality to make my chances easier????

    I'm diagnosed with bipolar 1.
    My main problem is I'm unable to make friend I'm 24 year old and not so good Looking which low my motivation and affect my personality.
    Is stability possible in bipolar 1

    Don't bottle up your emotions and anxiety.
    Acknowledge it.
    Ask yourself whatare u feeling like this.
    Ask yourself why r u feeling it.
    Understand what u can and can't control.
