Do a video on so you want to be a vascular surgeon
Hallo sir,I am a nursing student living in Sri Lanka and pursuing a Bsn Nursing degree at the University of Colombo. After graduation, I hope to come to America and work as a nurse. After that, I hope to study medicine at the Medical School of South Carolina. Will my Sri Lanka nursing degree qualify me for admission to a US medical school? Or what requirements should I meet for that?
Hi! I am a highschool student who's main priority is to become a doctor. I am currently struggling with picking a pre med major. Would you mind providing some insight on what you think is a good major for pre med?
Whichever major you are interested in will work. I advise that you take into account the rigor of the major as well as how you will also complete your pre-requisite classes.
Something that worked for me was doing something that also fit my strengths. I love math and physics, so I did a biomedical engineering degree which also includes lots of medical applications.
Hopefully this can help you think about which major may be a good fit! Biology and biochemistry are the usual pre-med majors, but they are not the only path to medicine.
@@nightshockplayz5894 This helps a lot! I am considering being a physics major but I am clouded with uncertainty that it will be hard to have a gpa on par to the demands of medical school requirements
@@justinramunni1200just do bio, if u go to a state school or well-known school, all premed reqs will overlap with bio major requirements.
Check out our 2 videos on choosing the ideal premed major. www.youtube.com/@MedSchoolInsiders/search?query=premed%20major
