you need to spar hard sometimes, figters who say they don't just stopped after doing it half of their careers.
@@fnotlive5322 that is 100000% not sparring hard, thats actively trying to hurt each other. I agree with you sparring hard is needed but the idea that sparring hard is that you need to have hematomas all over your face to the point they are purple its just dumb.

Where do you see damage where head gear would be? And it's just some bruises with a stupid video filter
Head gear limits your view and the weight of the headgear increases the rotational force a punch puts through your head. You're increasing your chances of being concussed and the severity of said concussions.
