Head gear limits your view and the weight of the headgear increases the rotational force a punch puts through your head. You're increasing your chances of being concussed and the severity of said concussions.

@@takeoyagami6970 I edited saturation of photo and added text, but did not added any blood or any other effects. Szabova was covered with blood after Zouak knocked her down with spinningback elbow and broken her nose. BTW its in video, u just overlooked it...

Jiri has not yet fought against very dangerous fighters in that category. And those are Ankalaev and Rakic. He will fight against the two of them in a year or two, so you will see that Jiri's style - lowered guard does not work with Ankalayev and Rakić because it will put him to sleep. Time will tell if I'm right, take it easy!
