The Best Character to Recruit - Eiyuden Chronicles Hundred Heroes #20

So we got ourselves another teleporting girl named Carrie. Viki was always the best character to recruit in the Suikoden games. Same goes for Carrie in this game she's the best character to recruit. Not in terms of stats but allowing you to fast travel which you need to do a lot in Suikoden as well as this game.
