Hello CZcams! Okay, I'm not actually changing the clutch, but this is the same process. What I am doing is putting the "Grenade" Spring Plate back in the clutch. I have been chasing down a squeal coming from the primary for YEARS! It started sometime shortly after the grenade plate blew and I installed my first Extra Plate kit. I have replaced the entire clutch pack pack with 3 different brand Extra Plate Clutch Kits, tried multiple different fluids, replaced all bearings, replaced clutch hub and basket, checked and rechecked and rechecked drive chain adjustment, belt deflection, etc, etc, etc. Well, in doing my research via google, CZcams and forums, I went way down the rabbit hole. In doing so, I discovered a few different post where people mentioned the same issue I was having and had tried the same resolutions with no luck until they put the Spring Plate back in. I didn't really want to do this seeing as it caused a failure years ago and damaged the hub in basket in the process. However, I really wanted to rid my bike of this squeal. In replacing the plate, I'm am pleased to announce, THE SQUEAL IS GONE!!! Thanks for watching! Don't forget to hit that like and subscribe button. Ride safe!

Good video! I used 2 magnets, one on either side, and they came out very easily.

Are you sure 32oz is the right amount? I never seem to use the whole quart when changing it

What happens when the shaft you hook the compression tool to is off? Is it broke off does it fit back on?

Harbor freight and Sears tools or craftsman have the same warranty and are probably made in the same factory. I used to buy Craftsman now I buy harbor freight and I've never had any problems with any harbor freight tool hand or electric.anyways if you going to buy Craftsman you might as well buy harbor freight because it probably made in the same factory

Any tools I buy now are from Harbor Freight. Easy to avoid the SnapOn and MAC Tools pushers since they aren't coming by once a week. LOL!

I hate to support china, but I do buy all my tools from harbor freight anymore just because they have the same warranty as craftsman. If I was professional I might want snap-on or Mac but for my needs harbor freight works great
