For those who watch my channel, you probably know that I'll be traveling to France at the end of the month. Of course, I'll also be in Paris to watch the Olympics. The algorithm is truly amazing; one day, it recommended a video from TaiwanPlus Docs on CZcams titled "Who is Chinese Taipei?" I was deeply inspired by the video, so I decided to go out and interview Taiwanese people to hear their thoughts. 1.既折衷又糢糊的名。
2.CT意謂著「在台北的中國流亡政府」，即中華民國，更精準的字眼是「中華民國的蔣介石的國民政府」，因為在中國近現代史上有所謂的「中華民國的汪精衛的國民政府」。
3.1949年大潰逃的中華民國，其名義上的總統是李宗仁先生，只不過李先生去（ㄊㄠˊ）到了太平洋的彼岸-美利堅合眾國，而當時掌握黨國真正大權的仍是KMT總裁蔣先生。
4.之前在炒/吵的UN 2758號決議，其實前面有兩個修正案，一個是美國與日本所提的「複雜的雙重代表權」，即讓PRC進入UN，並取得常任理事，而ROC則轉為一般會員；另一個則是沙烏地阿拉伯所提的「一中一台」- PRC即中國；ROC為臺灣，但都被多數否決，故我駐UN代表在2758（恢復PRC的一切合法XY）還沒表決成文前就上台宣告「退出」，其實是….大勢已去。
5.「梵蒂岡」城國的官網上的「中國國旗」是「青天白日滿地紅」，雖然如此，但只要中共與教廷「喬」好中國的主教任命權的問題，那駐華使館就會從臺北市遷往北京城，行同與我斷交。
6.除了外部，內部上如果不能「解決中華民國」的體制與遺產，當然這裡的解決不是指統畜黨的背捅與民退黨的以花磨毒/以毒謀利，那再過50年，情勢上對我們是越來越不利。
7.正視中華民國是解決中華民國的第一步；要打敗中國國民黨，請加入/滲透到中國國民黨去瞭解/知道它。
像是MG，明明中國車，在台灣組合後叫國產車，就是有這種吃裏扒外的企業硬不起來，變得大家都要自我審查

Why do you even expect international organizations to change their rules and accept Taiwan as the official name for any Taiwanese delegation, if such a Republic of Taiwan does not even exist in reality? I mean, after all, it seems that Taiwanese people have not even taken any actions to officially change their own government's name from Republic of China to Republic of Taiwan? If you can't even change your own name, then what's the point of asking/forcing everyone else to call you Republic of Taiwan when the government's name is literally Republic of China? Currently the government is named Republic of China (which sounds very close to PRC).
Because the global infamous actions from People's Republic of China (PRC), in the last 2 to 3 decades, the citizens of ROC prefer using *Taiwan* to distinguish the 2 different nations (and governing entities).
Chinese Taipei was probably a compromising name that started in 1970s when the military leaders of ROC(Taiwan) had to distinguish from PRC(China).
btw, Taipei is the capital, not the name of the country.

他平時簽名會簽阿美族語的名
台灣最後一次可用Taiwan參賽是1976年的蒙特羅奧運
當時的台灣政府憤而罷賽
之後只能用Chinese Taipei

Chinese Taipei是用來取代ROC或China
想用無法用的名稱
並非為了台灣Taiwan/Formosa而取的名
另外Formosa出場的時候是排序F
Taiwan出場的是後是排序T
Chinese Taipei出場的是後是排序T 簡碼是TPE

以前台灣參加奧運在國際是Formosa和Taiwan的時候
内宣可自稱"中華民國隊/中國隊"

We need more organizations willing to allow the Taiwan name/flag to be used. I don't understand why that's so hard to do.
There is now such thing as "Taiwan flag". It is called the Republic of China flag- Qing tian bai ri man di hong" = The rising sun over a sea of blood in memory of the 1911 revolution that over threw the last imperial dynasty. The Qing dynasty. The rising sun is the Nationalist party flag. If any ruling party wants to declared a "Republic of Taiwan" they will need to amend their constitution and change the flag. If the people on the island won't commit treason why so many Western ignorants want to try to change it?
Do you like foreigners to tamper with your "We the People" constitution? Get educated or stop trying to interfere in other countries affairs.

Chinese Taipei literally stands for a Chinese government-in-exile in Taipei. Taiwanese who recognizes and accepts this name reveals that you admit your land is colonized by a foreign country and you are not seeking decolonization.
97% of Taiwanese population are Han Chinese, meanwhile 91% of Mainland Chinese population are Han Chinese. There is even a higher proportion of Han Chinese in Taiwan, can you colonize yourself?

是國民黨當時決定的，共產黨要的是中國台灣。所以中華台北這四個字是礙於國民黨和其支持者的面子，共產黨只是順水推舟。這是當時。

问题很好解决，台湾宣布独立建国，从中国体系独立出来，就像新加坡从马来西亚独立出来一样。。但是唯一问题是肯定打仗。

一、1952年第15届奥运会在芬兰的赫尔辛基举行。中国大陆正式接受邀请较晚，只派出了40人的代表团，当代表团到达赫尔辛基时，比赛已接近尾声，只有吴传玉参加了百米仰泳比赛。“中华民国”拒绝出席此届奥运会。
二、1954年国际奥委会雅典年会中以23:21的票数承认了中华全国体育总会为中国奥委会，但同时却保留了“中华民国奥委会”，开了在一个国家中承认两个国家奥委会的先例。
国际奥委会后来又作出允许这两个奥委会同时参加第16届奥运会的决定，并规定两个代表团使用的名称一个是“台湾中国”，一个是“北京中国”。
中国大陆决定不参加1956年在墨尔本举办的奥运会，并于1958年8月19日发出了致国际奥委会的信函，宣布退出奥林匹克运动。
三、1952年到1979年间，由于政治上原因，中国没有参加期间的几届奥运会，而中国台北则派队参加。

chinese taipei在外國人看就是中國台北，老藍人最愛了，或是中國台灣，也很愛，但中華民國roc，英文會跟中共國雷同，歪國人根本分不出來，也會以為是CHINA。 最簡單 chinese kung fu =中國武術 ，沒有外國人覺得是中華功夫所以要改國名，勢必老藍人會反抗到底

台灣的政黨目前我覺得基進黨最屌，政治理念是去中化，也支持台派的民進黨，算是融合台灣價值所有優點的政黨，而且沒有貪污的案例，只可惜黨太小了。
以民眾黨在國會能佔關鍵少數的成功例子為例，如果基進黨可以像它一樣壯大一點，搞不好可以在國會上跟民進黨聯手，改變台灣的未來，甚至推翻掉國民黨。

中華台北是當初國民黨自己改掉從中華民國改到中華台北的，當初因為參賽不允許有兩個中國出現，該死的國名黨「自己」妥協改成「中華台北」。
當時的情況是，中國崛起，台灣開始被踢出國際。我33歲，但我為了此名稱讀了很多詳細的資料，才知道一切都是當時的國名黨造的孽。
你們可能不知道，初期奧運，台灣是確確實實以「中華民國」、「福爾摩沙」出賽的，而且還有國旗，那時候的台灣，是國際唯一承認的「中國」。
我受夠這些被訪問的台灣人了，尤其是那兩位女生，完全搞不清楚狀況，這也顯示大多數台灣人根本不知道自己的國家「台灣」的真正歷史。
