First Sheryl had a long talk with Sharon in her dressing room and told her she does not think she is racist, she was a friend and was nice. She even said that how she was acting on air was because she feels the pressure from society to pile on and come down on anything even perceived as racist, but then she went down the hall and stabbed Sharon in the back with HR/Producers of the show and said she was racist apparently. I had no knowledge of any of this situation and was recommended the dressing room audio video a few mins ago And thought what? I was intrigued,
So I did a search "Sharon Osborne called racist on air" found and watched this CHEF video. It seems Chef thinks Sharon was wrong and maybe so and that is his perspective? But having seen the other video and heard the recording it gave me the perspective that Sheryl was actually in the wrong and stabbed Sharon in the back and was being dishonest. At the end of the day I think there were overreactions all around. Nobody should have lost a job over this.

It is not what she is saying but how she’s saying it. Her aggressive attitude makes her seem defensive and not wanting to have to have a conversation but to unload. If she made her point calmly this dialogue wouldn’t seem like an attack. It did even if that wasn’t her intention.

Asking a question knowing that Osborne knows pierce personally is not blinding siding her. If the producers went to Sheryl and told her to ask then it's not a problem with Sheryl. And I doubt they didn't bring it up to Osborne.

There's lots of legitimate reasons to hate sharon osbourne but this isn't one of them.
I could write a novel about the horrible things she's done to people like Jake E Lee, Randy Rhodes, Bob Daisley, Tommy Aldrich Lee Karlsrche Randy Sarzo and other musicians who've been in ozzy's band.
There's also the whole deliberately sabotaging black sabbath in the late 80's and early 90's to get back at tony iommi for trademarking the band name in 1985 and then spending 10 years suing tony iommi over it in the 00's.
But we can't talk about the actual bad things she's done becasue some pig in a dress is mad that she may have said something "racist" that was never even said.
