I thik it´s unbelievable that such a construction as the Aqueduct has remained almost unspoilt after so many things have happened in Spain throughout the centuries. It is really a gem.

Aloha again Matt & Ash! We had already planned a day trip to Segovia before I saw your video but that just confirmed it was a great decision. I did plan to spend the entire day there since it seemed it would take a full day to take sufficient time, without rushing, to tour the cathedral and castle and their towers as well as see the town and aqueduct and, of course, eat cochinillo. Can it really all be done in half a day? Mahalo!

Yes and NO, don't come here for the Roman influence, as a pro photographer, the streets leading up to the Cathedral are better, BUT early, before all the tour groups from Madrid arrive, also, do it mid-week, NOT on weekends, I chase the light shards, and this works well before 9:30, as a street photographer I want minimalism, not hoards of amplified tour guides telling you what to look at, also, stay in the old city, not the cheaper fringe hotels near the Roman stuff....and if it showers or rains, MAGIC....!
