- #CourtTV AUDIO PODCAST: Convicted killer Lori Vallow Daybell is back in court seeking a new trial after a juror spoke after the verdict. In May, Lori was found guilty on six criminal counts, including the murders of her two children, Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow, and conspiracy in the death of her fifth husband’s first wife, Tammy Daybell.
In their motion, defense attorneys argued the jury instructions were confusing. The defense also said that they believe that the jury was influenced by “outside sources,” and at least one of the jurors had information that was not entered into evidence. Attorneys say that information came to light during a post-trial interview with East Idaho News.

Sad attempt to try to get a new trial, and her lawyer mentions in the beginning that his client can read; I’m curious if this was before or after her trying to claim she’s incompetent lol! She’s still trying to remain in control and go to trial with Chad, and clearly he’s not on board.
Lock her away, stop putting her on the news, she’s a person best forgotten

So, how many cases are sitting on the back burner, being rescheduled over and over due to the courts taking up time with this individual? She's going back to her cell all happy, how popular she has become, and how HER CASE, HEARINGS, MOTIONS etc...are being booked on the courts docket, whilst other cases are being pushed back. SHE DOESN'T DESERVE A NEW TRIAL. SHE DESERVES HER SENTENCING, AND LIFE IN PRISON. THIS IS SO OVER, AND DONE WITH
Question for Dirty Lori, how did the kids go from your supervision and your home, to being buried at Chad Dummybell’s back yard without you knowing, without you helping, without you holding them down?

Bc she thinks she's a goddess I guess🤣🤣🤣 oh, she is a piece of work...she's lucky she didn't get the death penalty. That, for her, would be fair. At least it'd be peaceful and her body laid to rest properly...unlike those poor kids of hers:(

I wish so much that it was that simple. Despite this trial, we don’t and probably won’t ever know exactly what actually happened. I wish the kids’ could have their story told, so people could acknowledge what they endured. Like if I were a family who lost a kid like this, I’d want someone to respect that child and me enough to at least confess to what they’d done and own it all. None of it will ever make total sense.
If loris attorney ever wants a career change he should consider narrating sleep stories 😴

Nahhh, don't worry. Unless they divulge something REALLY terrible e.g. that they flipped a coin to decide their verdict or watched Court TV every day after court, by law what they say afterwards cannot be used.

It’s amazing how sensationalism will lead so many to become emotionally invested in a case. It’s fascinating to witness.
Some of us were actually hurt by this religion and to watch ANYONE be held accountable in that evil organization is very gratifying. Trying to get any kind of justice for anything that interweaves with Mormonism is almost impossible, especially in certain states.

Ridiculous crap, talk about grasping for straws. I also found it quite unprofessional of him to be squeasing out a few tears in the closing argument. Completely inappropriate. Too bad his voice really resembles my dogs grandfather, that is unfortunate.
More court suppression a total disregard for public interest. Why can’t these court proceedings be filmed it is a slap in the face for victims.

Good try, Mr. Archibald. I agree that this indictment error did have an effect on the trial. Because the defense had evidence to present that we never heard. The prosecution had the majority of presentation during the trial. They had the excuse that the defenses' evidence could wait for the next trial...Chad's. That is not fair to the defense who had already planned on being allowed to present their evidence and call their witnesses, which may have had a big difference in this trial. We'll find out next year, I guess. Stay tuned for Chad's trial.
